Good idea
I got this for our now elderly dog. He has trouble getting onto the bed now and we dont have the heart to just leave him on the floor after all these years of snuggles. He can now easily get on the bed and he can grip onto the slope without fuss thanks to the none slip pads. It folds down nice and slips under the bed easily. I recommend this who loves their old pooch or shorty.

Received today, quick delivery, easy assembly, nice product. Bought for my elderly dog to get up on the bed and he is finding the carpet slippery. Will need to adjust to have a more rubbery grip to make it usable for him. Only my opinion. Others might find it fine. Will upgrade it for him
