Q:Why the watch can’t receive the message notification?.
A:Please make sure that the mobile phone Bluetooth is turned on, the FitCloudPro is turned on, and the bracelet is always connecting to the mobile phone Bluetooth !
NOTE:If the phone is not locking or the software (whatapp, SMS, facebook…) is logging in the computer, the smart watch will not push messages for reduce power consumption and disturbing. Please allow all the notification permission(WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Phone, SMS.) at the FitCloudPro APP
Since Android mobile phone background will automatically clean up the App which not commonly used, it will cause the watch connection to drop and no longer push the message.
1.Make sure turn on message push in FitCloudPro setting.
2.Make sure the message can be displayed in mobile phone’s notification bar,
message notification is pushed by reading the phone notification bar, the watch can’t get notification if the message push closed in mobile phone setting .

Permissions issue：
1. When you download “FitCloudPro” app for the first time, please make sure the app, SMS, call and other permissions are allowed.
2. Turn on the “Call Reminder” and “SNS Reminder” functions in “FitCloudPro”app. Open the app –> click “Device” –> open “Caller Alert” and “SNS Alert” –> open the app you need to receive notifications — click the tick icon on the top right to save the settings.
3. Allow FitCloudPro app to send notifications. Open phone settings — find”FitCloudPro” app — notifications — click “Allow notifications” — check Lock screen/notification center/banner and check “Always (default)” in the display preview.
*Note: If Messages/Calls/SNS notifications do not appear in the drop-down menu of your phone, the watch will not receive any notifications, please make sure they are able to show up. Phone Settings –Notifications – Find the app you need to get notifications for –Allow notifications. (Same process as step 3).
4. Turn off Do Not Disturb mode on your phone and watch, and make sure your phone’s drop-down menu can display your message notifications.
5. If the watch still cannot receive any notifications. Please remove “K-52” from your phone’s Bluetooth paired device list –> delete the app and download it again –> repeat steps #1-3.

The setting up of the watch is relatively easy using the bar code. The setack is trying to fit the watch strap which is fiddly. It is also very difficult to remove sections of the gold coloured strap with the tool supplied and as a result we were unable to achieve making the strap smaller. The watch itself is good and does exactly as stated though I do wish it stayed on the options long enough to see the results e.g. sleep pattern etc.

Love the glamour of this watch. It looks and feels expensive. and feels very feminine.It is easy to set up but has to ask a friend to take 2 links out. It sits nicely on my wrist and the watch faces choices are plentiful. You get messages on the watch, counts your steps basically it does everything it says on the tin. This is the result of wearing this watch 2 days in, this is from about 2 weeks ago and the rash has gotten worse..iv have tired several times to contact the tired party but iv been unsuccessful, amazon did refund me but I made it clear that I was to be contacted by the seller. Il permet donc de l’utiliser sans trancher avec une tenue habillée.Les mesures relevées sont conformes avec ce que l’on peut attendre d’une montre de cette gamme de prix : rythme cardiaque, nombre de pas, analyse du sommeil, etc. Elles semblent par ailleurs plutôt correctes.Il en est de même des fonctionnalités sans fil, avec la consultation des SMS, la possibilité de passer un appel, de gérer la musique, etc. La portée du bluetooth est bonne, sans plus.Le principal défaut est l’utilisation de l’application FitCloudPro, bien moins complète que d’autre. Elle ne propose par exemple aucun graphique de l’évolution du rythme cardiaque ⦠Et malheureusement, l’utilisation d’une autre application â grand public â n’est pas possible. Elle s’avère donc totalement inutile pour un suivi de sa santé au quotidien. Dommage !

Une montre correcte que ma femme aime bien mettre la finition et joli . Le vrai plus ce sont les appels que l’on peux avoir avec la montre. Mais après les capteurs sont assez faible les mesures peuvent avoir des incohérences avec un test comparatif avec garmin par ex. Les données ne suivent pas trop elles s’y rapproche tout de même. Pour un sport ça peux passer mais pour un suivi précis non.
