If you purchase the right size and tighten these properly when you put them on your pet, they will work. I’ve had 4 rescue dogs for 10+ years, three males, one female. This was my first reorder because these diapers seemingly last forever! I originally purchased them directly (they weren’t yet on Amazon) because I had a terrible time potty training our pups. So happy they’re on Amazon now. The velcro doesn’t fade away, they can grow a bit with your pet or tighten up when they lose a bit of weight. There are snaps in all the right places to customize the fit to your pet. They do not irritate the skin; the inner fabric is so soft ! The greatest advantage is that they don’t like to feel the wet against their skin or carry poo around: At last, MOTIVATION to go outside. What a relief. I have two heavy pee’ers (is that a word?) and use a sanitary napkin with the diaper for the female, and a male wrap/sanitary napkin and diaper for the boy. They will soak through the water resistant exterior without the sanitary napkins. Only one of the four continues to pee in his diaper now. But he was 19 months before he was rescued and hadn’t been neutered. As long as they are wearing their diapers and I am here to let them out, the three will wait to go outside. If I go someplace that may take awhile, I diaper them all up and go, knowing a nightmare won’t be waiting for me when I come home. It is so worth the cost of these quality diapers to keep your home clean and the pups comfortable.

Catches accidents and traps them inside
This size small diaper fits our 17lb beagle well. Iâm impressed with the absorbency. I find that number 1s are held within the diaper and yet dry to the touch against his fur because of the fleece material. Number 2âs are caught within the diaper and weâve not yet had spillage. Instead, they typically flatten like a pancake and peel right off into a trash bag because the fleece dries them out. Before, we would come home to messes that he would step in and Trail all over the house because he has dog dementia and paces. The diaper washes well. Weâre able to get all of the visible poo off with a trash bag and sprayer in the laundry tub. Then, we just throw it in the washing machine. Highly recommend, in fact, I think weâre going to purchase another.

Dog Diaper
Reason for this 3 star rating is because there is such a difference in size between the medium and large. Bought a large first but it was too big for my 70 lb labrador. So bought a medium, and it way too small…a big difference in size between the medium and large. Very well made but I don’t think thick enough to hold incontinent dog.

odd fit on my pug
I got the small for my senior pug who is becoming incontinent. He measures about 20-21″ around the waist over his penis. He has been using the Wegreeco large and medium female diaper, so here is what works and doesn’t work:- Wegreeco large is really a little too big for him. If I make the waist tight it stays on. The legs keep everything in if the diaper does not slide off. They are long enough to cover his penis but just barely.- Wegreeco medium is a better fit, they don’t slide off, and they contain accidents. Unfortunately they are not long enough to cover his penis.- Wonder Male Dog Diaper small is long enough to cover the penis but they fit very similar to the Wegreeco large. They are very baggy and the leg elastic is not as snug, so I’m concerned about containment. I’m giving 4 stars instead of three because they are very soft where it snugs up around the waist so is less prone to chafing sensitive areas.Overall I’m not sure that these will contain but today is the first test time wearing it. Unfortunately a smaller size is not available, but I don’t think it would be long enough to cover his penis since the small barely covers everything. Theses need to be made a little longer since they are advertised for males. Right now they aren’t any longer than the female diaper in a similar size.

Buy a couple! Really great product!
We started with one of these and now weâve bought multiple diapers for our elderly pup and couldnât be happier with this product. When our dog started having a lot of accidents we thought this would be an easier way to manage this. I did a lot of research and these seemed to be best, and the reviews donât lie. Our dog can go 1 or 2 and have no issues with leaking or anything falling out. Easy to clean the diaper and easy to clean him off too. If your elderly dog is starting to have issues just go ahead and buy 2 of these- they really help.

Very helpful
This diaper has been wonderful for our standard poodle. He has lost a lot of weight (old age issues) and developed a pressure sore on his right side tushy. After a month or so of trying bandages (came off); diapers from the pet store–too abrasive on his tender inner abdomen skin; I decided to try this version. To keep the wound clean and to add extra padding when he sits, I applied a feminine pad along the side where the sore is. Our vet was really, really impressed with how well this diaper and the pad worked to help the sore finally start to heal. The sore is almost completed healed now. I also like that the diaper can be washed. It’s a little long for him so I adjust with a couple of safety pins. Better to be a little large than too small where it could rub and cause other sores. Great product.

Stays on well. Fit small in my opinion. Not great for larger breed male dogs to catch pee, unless your guy is larger around the waist and can handle a bigger size (my 80 pounds lab height dog is small in the waist, so I use a medium but doesnât cover far enough ahead for the pee situation, so I use 2 garments at once to deal with both incontinence issues)

These do not fit well and leaked badly. I contacted the seller and they just told me I was outside the return time. They did not seem to care that the product did not work and leaked everywhere. Do NOT buy this product.
