Soft and good for mild leakage
Shieldease Washable Incontinence Underwear for Men – have a good quality feel to them. The material is soft and feels good on your skin. There is a functional fly in the front of the underwear and the front and middle area of these underwear are padded with absorbent material. These would be good for slight leakage but I would not trust them for a full bladder void. My husband is going through prostate cancer treatment and he has some leakage issues. These have worked great for him so far.

These men’s incontinence underwear is well-made in good quality, with soft and breathable fabric materials that are 95% cotton and 5% Spandex. The lining area is made with 100% Polyester fibers. The underwear is not very thick and comfortable to wear. The padding area covers both the front area to the back so you have a full coverage. The padding is not very thick, but it should be sufficient to handle most medium leak situation during the day. It does absorb pretty good without any leakage. The underwear is machine washable, just like other garments.

Fabric and waistband seem well-constructed, but leg holes lack elastic, meaning any liquid that isn’t absorbed immediately can escape out the back. These also hold very little, and the lining in the front is rather narrow, so that the wearer would have to be pointing downward for them to work and anyone who dresses to either side would be unprotected.

The incontinence underwear look like regular briefs. They are not bulky. They are comfortable to wear. There is a front fly. I was these on the gentle cycle in my washing machine and then hang the briefs to dry. I like the dark color. These look great on me!
