Suitable for round ventilation grills.
This is a useful device to attach to a car’s ventilation grill on the dashboard for holding phones using a magnet to which the phone attaches. iPhones from 12 onwards are magnetic and will attach directly to the holder but for others, an adhesive ring is supplied together with templates to locate it correctly on the phone.The holder attaches to a vent using a hook, which is extended and retracted by turning a thumbwheel, to hook onto one of the vanes in a ventilation grill. There are many similar holders available but most, unlike this one, do not attach well to round grills.I was able to attach it to the round ventilation grill on my wife’s Mazda 2 although it didn’t seem possible to be able to reposition the grill or close the grill when attached. Also, the grill is normally quite easy to move about and the holder when attached was a bit loose. However, the magnet is quite strong and holds the phone securely.If you didn’t want to attach the holder to a ventilation grill there is an alternative holder supplied which uses an adhesive pad to stick on a suitable location on the dashboard.Whichever method you choose the magnet part attaches to it using a ball and socket joint to allow positioning of the phone.I prefer this type of holder to one that uses a suction pad attached to the windscreen because it doesn’t obscure the view through the screen. Also, the magnetic attachment is easier and neater than those that use a clamp to hold the phone.

Reliable magsafe
This magsafe phone holder which feature two mounting types is indeed a good product for a magsafe compatible case. The magnet seems to hold on to the devices pretty well with minor issues when driving on bumpy roads.I do like the gaps on the back of the magnetic holder as it helps dissipate the heat or let the cool air reach to your device (if mounted on the vent).The vent mounting is working fine, I did not encounter any issues. There are some types of vents for which this mount may not be suitable so be sure to check that. If it does not fit you may choose the included alternative which is a adhesive mount. This adhesive mount is decent as it has a smaller adhesion area. You may have issues with this mount in hot days as the glue will melt and let your device fall. It does, however, come with a spare adhesive patch but you will be in the same situation later.Overall it is a reliable magsafe mount at this price point. There are better solutions like metalic plate magnetic holders, but so far this one does not disappoint for a magsafe case.

Excellent mount with more than I expected
I’ve been searching for a good vent mount for a ford fiesta without much success but I’ve struck the jackpot with this one.First up it fits really nicely on the circular vent and crucially the legs stop the weight of the phone from dragging it downwards. The rotating barrel to extend/retract the hook has a nice positive clicking action to reassure you that it is doing something. The magnets are suitably strong and grip nicely on my magsafe phone case.There are two things that I didn’t realise are included though… as well as the vent mount there is also a mount for attaching to the dashboard which has a 3M sticky pad to affix it, but also it features a kit for converting your phone/case to support magnetic mounts. (Only downside about the mounting kit is that it has templates for various iPhone models but if you’re not an apple devotee you will just have to guess!So far the best option that I’ve found for my particular car.

First impressions are good.
I’ve fitted mine in a Renault Zoe and so far so good. There are no flat surfaces available for a traditional mount, so this was a good option for me. It seems very well made and sturdy, I just hope the vent is equally strong! The magnet is very good, pulling on the supplied ring which I have stuck on the back of my Samsung Note 20 Ultra, Spigen case, (a bit of a chunk of a phone). The templates are a bit of a gimmick and unnecessary in my view. Overall, very good bit of kit, and I will report back after a few weeks of use but first impressions are good.

I was very pleased to receive this MagSafe car mount, at the time I received it, it was priced at £16.99 and I consider this to be good value for money.This is a nice product – easy to use – I just think if your phone has the MagSafe, you might as well use the versions which charge at the same time – otherwise all good!I recommend this product.

Great phone holder
This is a great car mobile phone dock from Vanmass. It has excellent build quality and is well designed. It is a doddle to install in the car. I used the air vent adapter rather than the dashboard mount. It easily allows you to change from portrait to landscape mode and your phone is securely held in place…very useful for sat nav purposes.In addition they have a very responsive customer service team available via email and phone in case you need any assistance.Highly recommended….thank you

This actually fits my new 2025 Mercedes GLC 300 air vent, so that is for starters. The crazy thing is after searching high and low for something that fits the new style vents, I ultimately decided to adhere it to my car instead. I felt like after installing it in the vent that it was just too cumbersome and by no fault of the manufacturer it just takes up a lot of space and restricts the amount of either heat or A/C coming from which ever vent you use. So after making the heart wrenching decision to stick this thing on my brand new car, I love it! The installation was easy, it sticks perfect and the magnet is extra strong and durable. It comes with everything you need to install either way and lots of extra magnets/tape in case you need them in the future. Would recommend for either way because both ways work. Also, if this car wasn’t used for road trips with both my husband and I, I would have used the farthest vent instead of the tape.

Compre este soporte con muchas dudas pero tengo que decir que me ha sorprendido, no sabÃa que soporte comprar para la salida de aire redonda del Mercedes clase a del 2014 y este encaja perfectamente, además se sujeta firmemente tanto el soporte como el móvil con el anillo adhesivo metálico para el Samsung Galaxy S20, definitivamente aconsejo su compra, muy buen producto.
