Taste AWFUL!
I received my Green Tea Instant Sticks on Tuesday and Iâve been using them for the last 3 days (1 a day). First let me say, I tried it the first day hot and it was hard to stomach it. So, the next two days, I put it in cold water and drank it right down; as soon as I woke up. Either way, it tastes horrible, but itâs easier to swallow in cold water verse hot.I can tell my appetite has slowed down and I have more energy. I look forward to seeing the results in the next two weeks.

While there is no hard evidence of any of these products effectiveness, we mostly consume “by faith”, in the hope that it does what it seems to imply. This product has a strong taste and blends well with one of those electric stirrer wands. I like it! I will continue to purchase.

I really like this stuff! I feel a difference. I like how easy it is to use. No sweetness required unless you have a need to have things sweet. I drink this first thing in the morning and mid day. I will mix it into my smoothies. The portion size is great and strong. I am so glad I found this product.
