Brilliant little switch if your limited on hdmi space but only need one extra. No power plug like some! And it comes with an extended warranty if you go on the companies website . Only takes a couple of minutes. Well happy ð

So far so good (only tested on 1080p so far though)
I use this to switch between my son’s Xbox one and his Nintendo switch dock. It switches automatically depending on which device is powered up and we’ve not had any issues at all with image or sound. You can also press the central button to manually switch, which is useful when testing the device during setup. I’ve not had to press the button again since as the auto switch feature works so well.I’ve not tested it on 4k devices like the ps5, so I cannot comment in that respect. But for our 1080p connected devices it’s working brilliantly.Very happy with the item and can safely recommend to anyone who needs this for their 1080p devices. Hopefully someone else has been able to review for 4k 60hz devices for those that require that information.

HDMI two port switch – it works
I needed one of these as it was the Christmas period with wife wanting to watch old DVD movies not available on our normal cable tv.We have a TV with only 2 HDMI ports so with Apple TV, Cable TV box, Android TV and DVD player we had to keep switching cables.Remembering which device was connected to which port was becoming annoying so HDMI switch required. Swapped a cable from Android TV box to allow both Apple TV and DVD to connect to one port with the cable TV box connected to the other.Switching between Apple TV and DVD is now painless and a simple press of the button switches devices rather than swapping cables over. Plus the cable management is now neater.One small issue of occasional pixelated sections of the screen while watching DVDs was resolved by swapping the switch box to HDMI cable with another spare. It seems the cable supplied with the Android TV was of inferior quality – situation resolved.The box is tiny in comparison to the other boxes behind the TV. It feels to be of decent quality aluminium and appears well made.I can easily recommend this HDMI two port switch.

Nice compact unit, but doesn’t resolve HDCP issues
I was experiencing HDCP issues connecting from SkyQ box to LG TV. Online forums suggested that this could be resolved by inserting a splitter. With this device the issue was not resolved. But its a nice compact and smart unit, and will be useful for its designed purpose, ie to provide an extra HDMI port.

Glad I found this Switcher!
Tried a couple of other products that had 3 or more connections (all returned), but in all honestly I think going for something simple was the way to go. Some have their own integrated HDMI connection, but personally i prefer the ‘add your own HDMI cable versions’. This product was easy to install and gave a great picture almost immediately. Had a flicker at first, but it seemed to settle after a few seconds. Plus i reconnected the cable. No need to have 2 connections powered up for it to work either. It appears to start where you left off, so there might be a need for the occasional manual switch. I read somewhere it had an automatic switch, if only one device was powered on, but i haven’t experienced that so far. In terms of build quality, it feels very solid and has a nice weight to it. The metal casing makes a welcome change from the plastic versions. Doesn’t appear to get warm and does a good job of switching from my raspberry pi to PS5. All in all, it works exactly as i expected.

Compact but durable device – Ideal for device with limited hdmi ports
Iused this device to connect the PC and PS4 to the same TV with a limited number of Hdmi ports. All works fine with little or no loss , however I am using high end HDMI cables ( 1 x 10 metre , 1 x 5 metre )very easy to set up and the feel of the device feels quality.This device does not convert a single output to a dual displat output as my son thought it would – it is purely a switch.

Good switcher, Have to tweek with Amazon 4K Fire TV stick
I have 3 devices, 1. Virgin Media V6 box, 2. MyPin Media Player 3. Amazon 4K Fire TV, I have only 2 HDMI ports on my 4K TV. The switch works well my my media player and Virgin, but when I use it with the media player and Fire TV, the media player plays well, but the Fire TV was flickering the pictures coming on and off and squealing sound from the audio. SO the Fire TV has to be on it own with one of the HDMI TV ports. Tecknet should eliminate this glitch on their product.Edit: It was found later that the Firestick do not like cables, when I plug the firestick into the switcher, it works with no problems, but the firestick is too big for the second hdmi socket, so if you want to use the firestick, use the small extension cable that came with it and use a very high quality cable.Edit:After using for a few weeks, the connection to the Virgin V6 box failed, the picture cut off and then on and cut off so on so forth, unusable !!!!

Arrivato nei tempi stabiliti velocissimi come nello standard Amazon Prime.Installato subito e trovato perfetto, senza leggere nessuna istruzione il dispositivo funziona benissimo , senza sfarfallii e sbavature di alcun tipo e in modo bidirezionale come descritto, al contrario di molti prodotti di questo tipo in vendita questa caratteristiche spesso non è nemmeno specificata oppure lo è in modo non chiaro.In metallo, quindi robusto, lo uso per deviare il segnale video dalla postazione standard ad una smartv dove posso fare le stesse cose dal divano, era quello che ceravo dopo un acquisto sbagliato.Rapporto qualità prezzo per me ottimo
