This is a great device. Bit bigger than what I thought but that doesn’t bother me. You have to download the app and connect it all to your WiFi. Works great and does every inch of the floor. Don’t like long tassel rugs and will get caught up. Only problem I found when first use was the app kept saying there was a problem but tried again the next day and was working fine. It may have just been settling in though,got in touch with seller and they responded quickly and gave me advice on what it could be. It’s absolutely fine now and have no problem with it at all. Comes with spare parts and even a remote. This is buy far one of the best investments I have brought. Picks up all the cat hair and bits the kids walk in. I absolutely love it so much so that I want another one that mops now lol. That will be next on my list 😂. Very happy with this and would definitely recommend to anyone. Such a game changer if you struggle with every day chores. Love this and definitely well worth it.

Brilliant! We love it!
Purchased this as a Christmas present to myself and my mum (she lives in the annexe attached to house!) We absolutely love it, picks up well. Couldn’t afford a mapping one which would probably be more satisfying but it does eventually get the job done all be it random whizzing around the room! Really quiet and easy to use.

Good value for money!
I was really impressed with the functionality and utility of this vacuum cleaner! Well worth the money I’ve spent on it! With good suction power,quiet,easy handling with the remote or app on your phone seems a useful appliance in a home, not to mention the quick delivery!
