Was very easy to set up. I myself only used 1 of the swings that came with it and bought a different style seat for the other one and it was an easy switch. Only problems were the bolt caps not all snapped correctly and a couple of poles the ends were bent in

Not quality made
We had the swing set for 8 months. The swings became dry rotted and cracked off…one with my child on it! The second swing just gave way and we found the cracked pieces in the grass. The swing tent is now ripping off the swing set..and we took it off to prevent the elements from ruining it when not in use.Extremely disappointed.
