I wish I had nice things to say.
After 3 months with this I really wish I had nicer things to say. It is cute. Thats the only thing.Set up: it went fairly well, the instructions DESPERATELY needed more information. It needed more spare parts as certain components were missing or damaged. The screws and bolts struggled in a lot of cases to fit to each other as if the threads didnât really match. The ground anchors are a waste of time and money. They do not go into the ground at all. They simply spin around a few inches down and nothing will make them actually anchor. They are a total fail!Sturdiness: Fail. Hard fail! It is made form VERY light weight wood. It gives a weight rating that is pretty high but in reality I wouldnât go over 180lbs on it. That seems like a lot for small kids but when you consider the force created by swinging youâll see why the other problems occur. The canopy was a total pain in the butt to put together and it is ripping up the seams. The wood is also splitting and the color is flaking and peeling off.Play: unfortunately after 3 months of warm weather use the wood is splitting and the structure flexes like CRAZY!! I know they say to tighten bolts every few months and you definitely have to tighten things frequently, but this is different. The bolts are tight and the wood is splitting from the force of swinging. I have young kids and wonât let them swing very high, however with one weighing 40lbs and one 24lbs the structure is bending and twisting under light swinging.Thoughts: overall a huge disappointment. I believe most of the reviews about this were people who had just put it up or rarely use it. We are going to have to purchase other things to fix the structure as the safety leaves a lot to be desired. Beginner Swing set
My children were so excited!! They love the saucer. It is very sturdy and safe for my children. The only downfall is the instructions were not very clear. If you know anything about IKEA instructions these were very similar. The beginning instructions were not easy to comprehend. We had three people putting it together and it took them approximately five hours.

Terrible product and customer service
The wood for this swing set is incredibly soft and unfinished. So you’ll have to seal it yourself. It’s not sturdy or durable at all. Not worth the price by a long shot. My package was not sent on time and was said to be “lost”. The seller did not reach ouch to fix the issue so I had to call customer service myself. Ultimately I was mailed 2 items that are very large and they refused to have the second item picked up. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Overall, this is a good play center, although it is difficult to assemble. Directions could be clearer. The swing rope was not fastened to the loop as it should have been and I requested a replacement rope from the seller weeks ago and have not gotten a reply.

Hardware should not be black. It’s being built outside please have the parts painted white or silver. The instructions are not great. No telling if your part is left or right orientatied. The parts needed better labeling. The hardware itself snapped in a few places. The wood is pine soft maybe softer. I hope it holds up for at least 2 seasons. The measurements were off and the pre drilled holes were uneven. The instructions for the slide made no sense to me. Where does ul1 go and how do I screw it secure, because the parts don’t match the drawing. Why so many different alan sizes? Be consistent please. Once you get to the point you realize you’re unhappy with it, it’s too late. You might as well commit.
