Why are the earbuds still connecting to my phone after placing earbuds back and closing the case lid ?
Make sure the earbuds has power. Make sure the earbuds are correctly placed in the charging case. Make sure the charging metal sheet and the PIN pin are clean.
Clean the places between the case and the earbuds with something like a microfiber cloth.
What to do if the original charging cable is missing ?
These earbuds support type-c charging (DO NOT support wireless charging). You can use all charging cables that have type-c interface, except for the quick charging for phones.
Every package is going to come with a USB-C cable (without adapter).
What can I do if the left earbud and the right earbud won’t work together ?
Please use a bit of light sandpaper or microfiber cloth with a bit of rubbing alcohol to clean the charging connectors to ensure the earbuds charge well.
Put them into the charging case to reset.
How to reset SoundPEATS Free2 classic wireless earbuds ?
Open the case lid, make sure both earbuds are charging(the red lights on earbuds stay on).
Press and hold the MFBs on both earbuds for 10s until the red and white lights flash twice alternately, reset complete
What should I do if the charging case won’t charge ?
Please try to use another known working charging cable to charge the charging case for more than 10 hours through your computer.

Very good for the price
SoundPEAT Free 2 Classic Bluetooth in ear headphones.For the price these headphones are really impressive. Very stable Bluetooth connection, great battery life and secure, comfortable fit. Call audio quality is reasonable.Sound quality is very good for the price but obviously falls short when compared to more expensive headphones. They have a V-shaped sound signature which I’m personally not a fan of as I prefer a more balanced sound. Bass is impressive for such a small bud but can become over bearing. Mids are lacking but treble is reasonable.They can go extremely loud, but over around 80% volume the bass starts to take over and other finer details within the music are lost.The buds and case feel a bit cheap and plasticy, but then they were designed to be SoundPEATS cheapest offering so I guess corners had to be cut somewhere.To summarise, if your expectations of a £20 pair of ear buds are realistic then you’ll be amazed at what SoundPEATS have accomplished with the Free 2 Classic. However, if you have a much more expensive pair to compare them with side by side then their shortcomings will become more obvious.For reference the only buds I had for comparison were a pair of Master and Dynamic MW07+ which retail around £230 so not really a fair comparison but hopefully a fair, objective review.

Very good and excellent value
My expensive ear buds constantly drop out and it annoys me no end, and as I already had a set of these ear buds at wotk, (which I’ve had no problems with), I thought I’d get another set.They are excellent, and more importantly they are really comfortable to wear. The sound has more than enough bass while still being clear, so that’s all I need.

The ear plugs/rubber inserts fold inside out upon removal. The little charging case is sturdy and nicely made. The packaging they arrived in is rather nicely done. Overall a half decent pair of in-ear earphones. Fairly cheap price paid. 9/10, more-so 4.5*. Should this opinion change, I’ll be back.

Excellent Value
I was expecting to send these straight back as they only cost just over £22 on black Friday, however, I will be keeping them.I paired them and started listening to Dolby quality music and the sound was brilliant for the price. Well done again Soundpeats. Yes, I have better quality earpods with better sound, but these pods are very acceptable, and I have to say, the best in ear fit of all that I own. They are also the smallest but have a massive 8 hours of battery life on one charge, and 30 hours total playback time using the charging dock. Well made earpods but the charging dock is not so good as it won’t stand properly in the upright position: I have to keep it on its back. Not a big problem. I mention it because it’s the only negative thing I have found!!I would recommend this product for its great value and build quality, with very acceptable sound quality in all ranges.

Definitely waterproof
I kid you not, my partner put my jacket in the wash with these in the pocket. They spent about an hour and a half in the washing machine and about an hour in the tumble dryer before I realized they were in there. THEY STILL WORK! And even the sound quality is still just as good as it was before hand! I could not believe it when they still worked!

Been using this for a week now after having my last pair of soundpeats for years and lost one.They seem good value for money and glad I purchased them.Not to keen on the touch screen buttons as they play up a little so I personally would prefer actual buttons but hoping to get used to them. Also you need to wear bothem headphones to adjust volume up and down.Good quality and battery for the money. Small and lightweight.

Son ideales para un uso diario, ya que ni te en teras que los llevas puestos, a no ser que pongas la oreja en una almohada o cojÃn, entonces si se notan, pero como todos. Habe die InEars jetzt 2 Jahre verwendet. Im letzten Jahr beinahe täglich, zum Teil über mehrere Stunden (Zugfahrt).Es gibt nichts, was ich daran nicht gut finde. Das Mikrofon hab ich allerdings nie ausprobiert, mit InEars telefonieren sieht sowieso immer affig aus.Der Ton ist top.Den Akku hab ich alle paar Wochen aufgeladen, immer dann wenn ich eine längere Fahrt vor mir hatte.Die Passqualität find ich auch gut, wenngleich mir kaum InEars wirklich gut passen.Touchfunktion ist bisschen happig, war mir aber ziemlich egal.Zur Robustheit:Heute ist mir im wahrten Sinne des Wortes ein Auto drüber gefahren. Bluetooth und Ton funktioniert immernoch, auch wenn ich mir sicherlich keinen beschädigten Akku ins Ohr stecken würde. Siehe Bild.Probiere jetzt aus Interesse noch andere InEars aus, wenn mir daran allerdings irgendetwas nicht taugt werd ich mir definitiv dieselben nochmal besorgen!

Ich hatte einige Zeit lang Rezessionen und Videos zu In-Ear Kopfhörern aufgesogen, da ich mir halt welche zulegen wollte.Ich habe zwar schon die Teufel Airy TWS im Lollypop Desingn, wollte aber noch Earbuds haben.Letzten Endes habe ich mich für die Soundpeats Free2 classic entschieden. Und das war auch gut so.Die Kopfhörer haben ein sehr ausgewogenen Klang und sind gut abgestimmt. Das es für mich und meinem Hörempfinden top klingt nutze ich einen Equalizer.Das mache ich aber mit all meinen Kopfhörern ;-)Die Soundpeats klingen noch etwas offener als die Teufel haben aber in deren Vergleich einen etwas schwächeren Bass, was aber absolut nichts schlimmes ist.Die Bassleistung ist absolut ausreichend.Mit diesen Kopfhören macht man nicht falsch. Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung.Kontakt mit dem Support hatte ich leider auch, denn nach einem Jahr hatte ich ein Delay zwischen beiden Kopfhörern.Der Support hat mir Lösungsvorschläge geschickt die leider nur temporär halfen. Der Support antwortet sehr schnell, freundlich und kompetent.Am Ende habe ich Ersatz Kopfhörer bekommen da mein Problem nicht gelöst werden konnte.Dies untermauert meine Kaufempfehlung noch mehr.Ich bin froh mich für die Soundpeats entschieden zu haben. Macht ihr es auch..!
