Is ok but sizing is a little off one is just a little too big but next size down would be too small. Have only used for one day but does track a lot of things like sleep well

I use it for sleep measurement
I find it’s mostly good for recording sleep. I’ve found the easiest way for me to sync with the app is to put the ring in it’s case and wait for it to turn green so as it’s fully charged. I then open the app and wait for the questions if it’s fully charged. I then put phone down and wait a minute. Reopen the phone and it starts syncing. A bit of a pallaver but it works quickly then. Hope this helps others who have a problem syncing

the watch fits nicely and looks nice on the finger and is well maid . the ring sits in the charger well and makes it easier to charge the ring .my apppple watch always gives the same heart reading as hospital devices , but the ring is well off the mark for this feature .so due to this I have only given the ring 4 stars . if the heart had been more accurate then I would of given it a 5. still a good investment to try before upgrading to more up market rings . would recommend for a first time user.

This ring is quite small in size even the largest is quite small. I did compare its readings with other smart items and the readings are equivalent so it seems to do as it says.

Disappointed
Sadly this ring does not perform that well. The heart rate and blood oxygen monitors seem to work ok (I can’t say whether or not the results are completely accurate) but the steps and sleep analysis are all over the place. The steps are way too many, and having contacted product support there’s no way to calibrate them, and the sleep score intermittently doesn’t work or gives just part of the evening’s sleep pattern, also occasionally giving a full night’s sleep score. So plenty of room for improvement.

App not fully working of new smartphone. Only can see half letter of text. Escalated but no results. Ring quite uncomfortable, could not wearing longer then 10 min felt pain in finger and ring was not too tight.

Add a bit tempremental
Did more than my smart watch ever could. It was a bit of a gamble, but I was looking for an effective way of getting data to monitor my daily health. Not a replacement for the Docs, but it is an excellent starter for 10. The only reason I did not give it top marks was due to having only one charging cable, despite having the charging box. Plus the app was a bit temperamental, losing a connection on a regular basis. Still recommended for a first time purchase to get used to the idea
