Short-lived product
Good that the product comes as two items. Our orange ball had an immediate problem when the ‘headphones’ split in the middle, so having a second ball meant that we still had something useable. Also able to swap ‘headphones’ from blue ball to orange ball when blue ball ‘died’ and refused to recharge.Really good – our cat was fascinated by the speedy tails, largely in a watching mode, but then occasionally chasing and catching. Sufficiently interested that, when wanting a game, our cat would go and knock a ball onto the floor.Also good – relatively short recharging time – appreciated by us and the catReally bad – both balls refused to recharge properly after less than one month’s operation, so very unstaisfactory from our viewpoint and our cat’s viewpoint.Also poor – surprisingly long lead time on delivery, taking two weeks after despatchAbysmal – package delivery was unacceptable; product was impaled on a spike on metal gates next to the road and in full view of passing traffic – and yet there is another entrance to the property which is clearly marked with the house name and is less than 10 yards away – and which all other delivery companies seem to find (Note: this comment has not affected our rating of the product).
