Capable earbuds at a great price
For someone that normally uses on-ear and over-ear headphones, using these earbuds was a bit of a daunting prospect at the start… surely these tiny things couldn’t match the sound quality and immersiveness of my headphones… right? Well, I certainly have a new-found respect for these earbuds now, and that is because I was pleasantly surprised by how good they sounded in my ears.
First of all, the case they come in is nice and compact, definitely pocketable and easy to take with you. You get a couple of extra tips which you can swap with the default ones to try and get a more comfortable fit in your ear and after that it is a simple case of pairing with your phone (or watch… or both) and you’re all set.
Given that I was using a Samsung phone, a Samsung smartwatch and these buds, everything worked seamlessly. You don’t get multipoint connectivity though… which is one criticism I will levy at them – if you want to switch from one device to the other, you actually have to switch using the app on your phone or by turning bluetooth off on the device you don’t want to listen to sound out of.
That aside, the sound quality is really good – I was particularly impressed by the level of bass that these things can put out given their teeny size. Please don’t get me wrong – they’re not audiophile grade – but they really do punch above their weight when you consider the cost. They come with Active Noise Cancelling which is really good, and even if you do use this feature, the battery doesn’t nosedive like you might expect. I was easily able to get a whole day out of these with a full charge.
If you’re looking for decent earbuds that won’t break the bank but will still sound really good for hours on end, definitely invest in the Buds FE.

Great buds at an affordable price
I must say this is probably one of my best tech purchases.
Not only the earbuds fit my ears perfectly without falling off but they also perform very well.
As mentioned, I am most happy about how comfortably these sit in my ears I wear my buds every day to work as I have a fair distance to walk and I occasionally run but never had any issues with these falling out.
The noise cancelling option is a great feature to have. When walking to work I need to listen for the oncoming cyclists or walkers while when I am at work or exercising, I can switch the noise cancelling by simpy touching both pods simultanousely and forget about the whole world. The sound is nice and clear, probably comparable with the higher end buds on the market. I loved how easy it was to pair these buds with my Samsung 23FE and how easy the buds switch between other devices too. The battery life is definitely worth mentioning too. Althought it has only been couple of weeks that I have been using these, I can say I am very pleased with the battery life. They hold the battery well and the case charges so quick and holds additional charge for the buds. So I never really have to worry about buds not being charged – I would use them all day and put them away for the night for them to recharge and so on. I would definitely recommend these buds – great quality an affordable price.

Decent occasional earbuds for a Galaxy phone
This is my first set of wireless earbuds, purchased due to the lack of headphone socket on modern phones.
For the positives, the noise cancellation is surprisingly good as is ambient mode. They also fit my ears incredibly well with just a quick push in and twist. I didn’t have to endure any trial and error when trying to get a good seal. The app is very good and connectivity seems reliable so far.
As for negatives, the main one is sound quality. I admit that most of my previous headphones have been wired and in the £300 price range and maybe I was expecting too much but the difference is jarring. Bass was boomy and overbearing, clarity and separation were bad and distortion was very evident. Unfortunately, the equaliser can’t be adjusted manually and none of the preset settings helped.
I’ve decided to keep them due to convenience and ease of use They should be fine for background music whilst on the go.
