Road Trip board game
This game is presented in a cellophane wrapped sturdy cardboard box, inside you will find player pieces, vehicle cards, chance cards, accommodation cards, Money and a dice also a two sided playing board, one side has the country as a whole and the other has Scotland on it and an instruction booklet. It is for 2-6 players aged 8 and up.It is an easy to set up game and great fun travelling the country with cards telling you that you are staying in different accommodation and different landmarks can bring up good memories if you have visited in real life, it seems to be a game of chance, luck and strategy. After a couple of shaky starts while we got used to rules of play we thoroughly enjoyed this game.A great chance to turn off the TV and have some fun.

A brilliant game for games night!
As big fans of board games and games nights with family and friends, we looked forward to this UK themed board game! Settling down with a few drinks after dinner, we got playing and have to say this was one of the better board games we’ve played in a long while!Easily sidetracked while you tell tales of when you’ve visited landmarks on the map, definitely one to enjoy! Really simple to get started and play, rules to follow and fun to enjoy.Would definitely recommend especially for the festive break ahead!

Fun family game
Road Trip is an entertaining board game that offers a fresh twist on the classic property-trading genre. However, it comes with a learning curve that might require a couple of rounds to fully grasp. The rules are detailed and require careful reading, which can feel a bit daunting at first. Players also need to maintain a sense of fairness and honesty for the game to function smoothly, which adds an interesting dynamic to the experience. The game features two different boards representing separate countries, giving players a choice and adding some variety. This is a clever feature that extends the gameâs replayability. In terms of gameplay, Road Trip shares similarities with Monopoly, but we found ourselves preferring the classic.Itâs recommended for ages 11+ due to its complexity, and our game for three players took about an hour to complete. While the concept is enjoyable and the design is engaging, it doesnât quite reach the timeless appeal of its inspiration. That said, if youâre looking for something a little different but in the same vein as Monopoly, Road Trip could be worth a try.

Enjoyed how easy this was to play and set up

just a clone
literally a UK themes clone of a game that already existed over a year ago. while the paper for the money is a decent duality, there’s just nothing here that adds to the style of game.

Road Trip The Game
You get to pick one of six transport options and then travel all over the UK, hitting checkpoints, stopping for fuel, and dealing with surprise chance cards. You can take the fast toll roads and blow your budget, or go for the slower scenic route and try to stretch your funds. which really makes you think about your next move. The game has a double sided board, so you get two different ways to play, plus 100 cards for even more variety. Every time you play feels different. Itâs a great game if you want something different each time mixed in with chaos and strategy
