Everything as clear as life
Small enough to hang unobtrusively from the handlebars. Sharp and clear recording. Can stream directly to a phone or record to an included SD card. A very useful tool and a very good buy.

Great Little Camera with a couple of gripes!
First, let me say that I fully agree with the other reviewer regarding the instruction manual. I actually HAD to use a magnifying glass to read it. Having said that, the instructions were enough to get me started using the camera, a definite improvement on some other items Iâve purchased recently!
Regarding the performance of the camera, I have to say Itâs brilliant â crystal clear images and what you would expect of a 4k system. The app is a great addition and a real help when setting up the camera on the bike â seeing the actual on-screen image is a great help.
I tried both helmet mounting and handlebar mounting and found the latter suited my needs best, Itâs easier to attach the power pack by using the supplied zipped wallet which attaches to the bike frame â and youâll probably need it as the camera runs out of power after about an hour on its own power. Adding the power pack gives you up to 7 hours according to the manual.
The kit comes with an array of attachments with no less than 3 helmet mounts and 2 handlebar mounts.
Two gripes though and the reason Iâve knocked off a star on my review:
1) The settings on the app give you the âcyclic recording timeâ of one minute, three minutes and âoffâ but when selecting âoffâ it still records at three minute cycles and I was expecting a continuous recording. However I found that by using the Windows Microsoft Clipchamp app, I was able to link up my bike trips to give a continuous video.
2) Donât bother trying to contact the seller using the problem feedback section via the app â I tried and have not received a reply.
All in all though, itâs a great little camera and I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Battery Life Shocking
Video quality and features are very good but the battery life is shocking. I don’t know if I got a dud one but I’m lucky if the battery lasts an hour. Waste of money.

Rubbish instructions
A very nice camera with a lot of accessories. I have attached it to the rear of my e-bike, having a gopro 11 on the front already. Took it for a ride today and very pleased with the 4k video quality. The led light on the camera are very dim so hard to see when charging/connecting. The biggest bug bear for me is the instructions. You need a magnifying glass to read them. Why Mr/Mrs/Thing manufacturer have you made them this small, there’s no need for it?

Excellent camera, high performance
It’s been an absolute game-changer for my riding adventures. This camera is so much better than I could’ve imagined. The camera easily attaches to your bicycle. It captures every detail, every twist and turn, and is crystal clear. The interface is so user-friendly, I didn’t even need a manual to get started.
Feel much more relaxed with this on my bicycle. It’s just a bit pricy. Other than that I definitely recommend it.

Good Rider Camera
Good quality Rider Camera from Recall made from good materials.
I am impressed with the rider camera it is far better than I thought it was going to be I will say this is no GoPro and can not compete with it but this is almost half the price of a Gopro and makes it a very good alternative.
It comes with all the accessories you will need which is a very nice touch and makes this an even more attractive package. It even comes with a 64GB memory card I will admit this is the first thing I replaced straight away as I have had bad experiences with unbranded memory cards BUT from what I have read from other reviews people have had no issues with the card BUT me personally I am not willing to take the chance and risk loosing footage.
I have been using this with my bicycle for almost ten months, I have tried a few times connecting it to different bike helmets but unfortunately I can never get it secure enough to be able to use it this way the camera is moving around too much so ended up connecting it to the bike frame/handlebar.
The camera footage is good even in low light situations BUT I am not convinced it is actually 4K even tho I have it set at 4K, when you look at the footage on your phone it looks as you would expect BUT as soon as you view it on a screen bigger than a phone/tablet then you see the footage is not that great.
The sound quality is excellent I would say almost too good it picks up everything to the point I have to mute out the sound and add sound separately I never realised how loud my bike chain is until I started watching footage I have recorded so this is something you will need to keep in mind if using on a bicycle.
I have two grumbles with the rider camera the first is the internal battery life you get about an hour which is not very long when you are out riding which is a shame BUT you do get an external power bank in the pack which is a very nice touch and is very much needed due to the internal battery life plus you can always connect one of your own power banks to the camera should you need to.
My second grumble is with the WIFI/connecting to your phone by default it is off and this is the case every time you use it, to turn it on you have to unscrew the cap and press the button this in itself is not that big of an issue BUT if it is raining then there is a problem the camera is waterproof but I am sure it is not when you unscrew the cap and the micro-USB port, memory card & port is exposed to the rain I am not sure why it is designed like this.
Overall I am happy with the Rider Camera.
