Just about to cross the ten year mark! Lasts ages, and keeps odours at bay.
I used to get cheap roll-ons and thought they were economical. My wife introduced me to these, and I thought it was really expensive for a single deodorant. That was in June 2012; it is now Feb 2022. I have been using this every day for nearly a decade, and I have no doubt that it will last through this June to hit the ten year mark, and probably beyond.Perhaps a couple of weeks a year I’ve used my travel deodorant instead, but daily for around fifty weeks a year for ten years, this has done the trick for me. 3,500 uses. That is about 60p a year, or under 0.2p a day.OK, so the price actually turns out to be amazing given how long it lasts, but does it work? For me it definitely seems to work well. This is not an antiperspirant: I avoid those because I don’t like the idea of something clogging up my pores. And to be fair, I’m not a profuse sweater. On occasional really hot days when I’m outside a lot and working hard armpits can get a little damp, but what this PitRok seems to do is stop germs breeding and producing unpleasant odours. A few drops of water on the old pits followed by a good rub with this each morning seems to keep any aromas at bay, glues and gums away from my body, and a lot less plastic waste in landfill, so when my current unit finally runs out (and the pusher is just beginning to become visible as you can see in the photo) then I will replace it with another one of these without a second thought.[Edit Jan 2023, a year after my initial review] OK, so 10.5â11 years after I started using this the yellow pusher is emerging from top (see second photo) and starting to scrape. So I have indeed bought a new one to replace it, and the decade-long cycle begins again!

An outstanding and long-lasting deodorant!
I never thought I’d ever bother reviewing a deodorant, but this product is truly exceptional. I’ve suffered from excessive sweating since my teens (many years!), to the extent that I never felt comfortable just wearing a t-shirt. No matter what the weather, I always had to have an extra layer on to hide my sweat marks. I went to the drs multiple times, and I was given a number of treatments…none of which worked, and many which brought me out in a rash or made my armpits itch like hell.I came across PitRok by chance, just through browsing Amazon. I’ve never seen it in shops, and I have no idea why! It works like an absolute charm. You have to apply it to wet underarms (I apply mine straight after a shower), and I slap quite a bit on. And I tell you what, not only do I not have any sweat marks, but there’s no smell whatsoever. And I really put it to the test. The first week I got it, I went to Rhodes, where it was 45 degrees celsius all day, and 28 degrees at night. Compared to how much I sweated in the UK in ~10 degrees, there were barely any sweat marks, and there was practically no smell. I felt so comfortable, I wore a t-shirt all week without feeling like I had to wear another layer to hide sweat marks.I’ve been using it for over two months now, and the stick has hardly gone down. It will last for ages! I reckon I’ll get a good 6 months (if not more) out of it before I have to replace it.So although it seems like an expensive deodorant, not only will it last for a long time, it actually works. This is all I’m using from now on.*** EDIT *** (3rd July 2016)After 11 months, I’m still using the SAME deodorant stick. It hasn’t lost its strength and it’s still going strong. So value for money is absolutely brilliant!

Hands down the best
I’ve tried a lot, and while Sure 96 performs as well Pitrok scores higher for offering a fragrance free option and the fact the product will last so long. Although this is my first pitrok crystal I’d gauge it is going to last months, whereas Sure 96 lasts a month at most. In addition, I’m not sure I wouldn’t say Pitrok performs that bit better, I keep checking and there is zero hint of any odour. Amazing product.

Having used this for over a year now, I have to say it’s marvellous, as someone who could have a shower and still have one, yes one smelly armpit, this product really does work, yet it smells of nothing, marvellous

Good but don’t expect it to change your life
I have tried (what feels like) almost all natural deodorants after becoming allergic to the usual supermarket fare. Pitrok is best used just as you are coming out of the shower (when you are wet anyway) and applied liberally (you can’t just do a quick swipe like you would with a normal deodorant, you really need to give it a good rub around). If you apply by wetting it and rubbing it onto dry skin it is nowhere near as effective.However I find it doesn’t quite last the whole day and I miss having a scent. But I have not yet found any natural deodorant for me that does last the whole day, and of all the ones I’ve tried this one lasts the longest. So I team it up with another natural scented deodorant and then I can make a whole day without stinking out my family, friends & colleagues even on a hot day. As it is odourless and you can’t feel it at all, it’s easy to layer with anything else you wish to apply.I bought this in July last year, and I still haven’t even used half (and that is with applying it daily) so it’s v cost effective for a natural deodorant and means I’m OK with the added cost of using this as my deodorising base layer!(Also Re. the stinging after shaving, I did find that to begin with, but think my skin has now got used to it and it doesn’t sting anymore)

Firstly, im a 25 year old male, I workout 5-6x a week rigorously and throw in some pickleball with my mom (Shed 56 and whoops my butt), there are some leg days I sweat SO BAD that im literally dripping sweat as I walk around.I used to use use other natural deodorants but they only worked for 4ish hours or they didnt work at all.This one…I apply it RIGHT after I get out of the shower, I wet my fingers and rub them on the crystal like a genie rubbing a lamp then I apply the crystal right under my entire arm pit and I kid you not… I have used this for 2 weeks and NOT ONCE have I ever smelled like anything, Ive even had friends at the gym smell me and my family as well without telling them what I was doing or wearing.There is NO other crystal deodorant that ive tried that works all day… Yes. ALL DAY. I am literally good to go from 5am – 10pm (and maybe even longer but im sleeping well before this wears off).I have only been applying it once per day, in the morning after my shower and before my workout and it hasnt failed me.It started working on the first day too, I didnt have to wait 2-3 weeks for my body to adjust to it, it just started working day 1 and keeps working.Seriously, all jokes aside here, if you’re like me and tried every natural deodorant on the face of the earth (over 50+ of them…) and you still smell funky, BUY THIS AND GIVE IT A GO, and if you dont like it within 30 days you can return the thing, you literally cannot lose…BUY IT, IT WORKS!

Not all crystal deodorant are good, but this one is perfect. It keeps you fresh for about 24 hours and it can be used for many months.

Produit arrivé cassé, je ne peux même pas l’utiliser, j’espère que le prochain produit que je recevrais sera en meilleur état. Très déçue… c’est un article assez fragile et il est juste mis dans un carton sans plus de protection en sachant comment les facteurs traitent les colis….
