Perfect for when there’s no outlet.
So good we bought a second one. Although it took some time for our cats to get used to it, when they did, there were no problems. With or without spout, it makes no difference to them. Capacity is large enough to last a week or so, and because water is kept under the plate, no debris gets in it. The filter holder can be a little stiff to open, but other than that it’s easy to use. Simply charge it, put in motor and filters, fill it, and go. Charge for 24 hours at first, then until charge light stops flashing. It will work whilst plugged in, but the water is a continuous flow. It lasted a month before needing charging again. Only in the deathly silence of the night are you lightly to hear it, and even then, it’s a quiet trickling sound. Only thing against it is the filters are quite expensive, and as you are supposed to change them fortnightly this will be costly. There are third party filters out there, not sure how good they are. It has been over a month and we have not changed ours yet. I got this when on offer, but even then it was expensive. However, because you can put it anywhere, it’s worth the money. We would get a 3rd if we needed it.

The light did not come on when it was running out of charge. Otherwise itâs great the cats took to it almost immediately. No noise great quality. ,

My cat is quite jumpy, so I was glad to see that this can be used without the spout and is very quiet. The filters are a little bit fiddly to get right, but work very well. It’s (black) unobtrusive and the indicator lights are easily seen without being blindingly bright. I have found this to be very useful, easy to clean & charge & a good size for my one cat (plenty of leeway on what day I clean it due to shift patterns).

Cats are able to knock this off its base
This fountain worked OK when my cats were kittens, but we noticed that the charger that comes with it is ridiculously slow – weâve had better luck with other USB-C chargers but they donât always fit properly in the small space for the charging port.Now that the cats anre about 7 months old, they are strong enough to dislodge the tank from the base. When this happens, in the best case scenario it wonât work and they are without water until we get back. In the worst case scenario they knock it over completely and the water goes everywhere, damaging our wood floors. Weâre no longer comfortable leaving them alone with this as their water source.

Great quality, very quiet
Fantastic quality product, doesnt feel cheap which is something i cannot say about other brands i’ve used so far. Pump is very quiet, which again is not something i could about products i used so far. Wireless charging makes it easy to clean without dragging cables. Definitely will use this brand again when i will look for other products.

Stopped working after a few weeks
It was working great for the first few weeks and it stopped working after a while and started playing up. We were able to fix it ourselves but then it started giving problems every few days. It takes a lot of time and can’t justify the money we paid for it. It’s a shame as it’s a great idea but not really happy with the quality
