Pai Shower Cream
A very nicely packaged shower cream complete with its own strange âfoam creatingâ konjac sponge and instructions on how this works. It cleansed my very sensitive skin without irritation but both cream and sponge have an unpleasant slimy texture and the product smells very strongly of âschool glueâ. I truly love many Pai products but this isnât one of them, sorry Pai!

Great for sensitive skin
The body soap is gentle on sensitive skin, it causes no irritation.The soap has a lovely smell to it.The soap comes with a sponge that seems solid but once it is soaked in water it turns into a rubbery sponge. The sponge as string attached to it to hand it up for easy storage.Would recommend for sensitive skin but is a bit expensive

Smells great in bottle but scent doesn’t last
The packaging was super cute and well thought out. I liked that you could open up to get more info. The branding of this feels high end, apart from the little ‘bubbles’ scattered. I personally thought that made it look a bit cheaper.I liked that the bottle had a tab seal on it. Nice touch to get a sponge with it.When I first opened this up, I was in love with the scent. Excited to have it linger well after my shower…no. it does not. Barely smell it in the shower. Definitely no smell post. Which is such a huge shame.The sponge…its odd. Very very soft once wet, a bit too small to be useful to me, but then I’m 5ft 11 so maybe that’s a me problem.I can get dry skin, eczema type patches on my hands. It didn’t irriate me, felt clean after using, but the lack of scent after really disappointed me.Overall I was much more in love with the thought of this than the use. Especially at such a high price.

Irecently tried the Pai Skincare London GENTLE GENIUS Sensitive Body Wash and I am extremely impressed with the product. As someone with eczema, dermatitis, and psoriasis prone skin, I am always on the lookout for gentle and effective products that won’t irritate my skin. This body wash exceeded all of my expectations!The formula is natural, vegan, and cruelty-free, which is a big plus in my book. It is also dermatologist tested, so I know that it is safe for my skin. Arrived with no sponge in the box.
Initial impressions weren’t great – the product arrived without any sponge in the box, so I was missing half the items already. Not the end of the world by all means, so I just used a regular sponge instead of the ‘konjac’ one that this product is designed to be used with. With that said, I don’t know if ‘normal’ sponges don’t work as well with it, but I found the product very hard to lather up whilst in the shower.The product is virtually unscented (preferable for sensitive skin of course) and leaves skin smooth, but to be honest, it just feels like any other shower gel, albeit it doesn’t lather up very well, so you have to use more than you should – which is something anyone would want to AVOID given the hefty price tag attached to this body wash.I should mention that this isn’t my first experience with Pai Skincare. I’ve been disappointed by their products in the past, so I’m not surprised this one didn’t live up to the ‘hype’ or expectations it boasts in the description either. I gave it a go hoping this might be the product to change my mind, but again, I’m left without much to say other than ‘it’s okay’.My totally honest opinion on this product and Pai Skincare in general? VERY overpriced and nothing special.

Gentle and lathers well.
A mild and gentle body wash that is perfect for sensitive skin. Comes in a cream colour and a subtle woody fragrance that doesnât linger on your body. Also comes with a handy konjac sponge that feels solid when dry, but softens up greatly when wet. The sponge is a lot softer on sensitive skin than a loofah and exfoliates well. Has a handle too for easy storage and to hang to dry after use.The body wash lathers extremely well. A little goes a long way, and your left with foams and foams of product to cleanse yourself with. I suspect with 200 mL in the bottle, this should last a good number of washes. The consistency is also not greasy and easy to wash off which is nice.The body wash is cruelty free, and the sponge is compostable when nearing the end of its life. So, overall youâre getting a product that helps you whilst helping the environment. Fully supported!Experienced no irritation whatsoever and was left with smooth skin that felt fresh and moisturised. Very happy with the product and would recommend.
