Before we get into it, this is HEALTH tracker, not a fitness tracker. Yes it can track workouts but if you intend to use it for this, it should be restricted to cardio workouts, or any workouts that donât involve gripping things with your hands. If functionality with regards to tracking strength based workouts is your thing, you may best be suited by a wrist based wearable.Looks wise, this is a beautiful example of engineering. Oura have always made beautiful pieces of technology. I purchased the brushed titanium horizon model and itâs absolutely stunning from a wearable point of view.I daily this as my main wearable along with an Apple Watch Ultra for tracking gym workouts (I wear âdumbâ watches on a daily when not working out) but personally I find the functionality and the simplicity of the ring is just second to none. If you are looking for a wearable that provides accurate data (backed by studies), doesnât constantly distract you with notifications or reminders, and just blends in to your daily routine, then I think this wearable is for you.Value for money wise, it would be easy to say that this isnât the best value proposition out there. Other wearables provide the same form factor and, perhaps more importantly, doesnât come at the cost of a monthly subscription to access the granular data offered by the Oura ring and app. (Although personally I think the £69.99 total cost for the yearly membership option isnât too bad when you consider whoop is more than double the cost).Personally for me the value for money for the Oura ring, with the granular data it offers, the quality of the ring itself, along with a simply beautifully designed app to complement the ring itself, is there and thatâs why Iâve given this five stars. Iâve found it to be as accurate, if not more accurate when it comes to sleep tracking compared to my Apple Watch and it is far, far better at detecting naps or cardio activity compared to the Apple Watch. The only issue I would say in this department is that calorie burn and steps seem to be a weak point for the ring (but any wearable that tracks either of these metrics are wildly inaccurate for the most part)

Exceeded My Expectations!
Iâve been wearing this ring since a few days ago and this has impressed me more than I expected. Not only is it comfortable to wear all day/night, but the Oura Ring app is the real star of the show!The app is simple, intuitive and informative. It can track your heart rate, stress levels, blood oxygen levels and your quality of sleep to name just a few. Even though the app requires a subscription to get all the benefits, itâs well worth it if youâre serious about looking after your own health.The important thing to remember is the Oura Ring is only a health tracker and not a fitness tracker. But it really compliments any of your devices that can track your fitness as well! Just be sure to measure your ring size before buying one as I had to for myself. I have no regrets and can easily recommend this to anyone!

Only had the ring 2 days, quite happy thus far, but I am hoping someone from the ring development team reads this as the online account hub which should be of a high quality given its £5.99 per month is quite simply one of the worst interfaces Ive ever come across. Zero effort with this. It’s messy, unintuative, bland and really really disappointing. It’s all very well having a nice APP (not wonderful though), but alot of people like to view on a laptop or desktop for analysis. For goodness sake spend some money on the members website…..In fact when you log into it theres not even a customer contact tel, email, chat option should anyone need help……AWFUL.

Size it properly
I’m loving my smart ring, although it’s a little bigger (thicker) than I thought but it is light. BUT advice is take your time on your sizing of same. I had no patience, I wore 1 size for a day and night but it turned out I should have gone down a size. I just couldn’t wait to order it, so yes try a couple of sizes for a few days.My data is building up nicely to get an overall view.Battery lasts almost a week. I got the silver one and it has a lovely shine.

I love my oura ring!! I love the insights that really help me manage my day, it also helped me make sense of what was already happening with my body. The ring is a little chunkier than I had hoped and the gold is quite yellow (Iâll get silver next time) perhaps this will be ironed out in a few gens and a longer battery life would be great too. But All in all well worth it and it even arrived a month early !

I have had this ring for just over a week now and it works perfectly with the app the functions on the ring/app are very helpful for me with my health conditions. The ring is very comfortable to wear it fits perfect i am wearing it all day and night with no problem only take it off to shower and clean it i fully recommend this ring if you have health problems and need a ring with a good app the ring app does need a subscription but it’s worth the few pounds it costs because of the functions it gives you i recommended it for all the health information it has and its accuracy.

Comento, que éste anillo Oura ring 3 es una maravilla. Está vinculado vÃa bluethoot a mà iPhone, con su app Oura. Llevo unas semana usándolo casi las 24 hrs que dura el dÃa, solo lo cambio de dedo porque a veces es incómodo por el tiempo que lleva en un mismo dedoâ¦. Sus métricas son más exactas que el Apple Watch Ultra 2. Estoy feliz de tener un anillo Oura ring, que me diga caracterÃsticas de mà persona que desconocÃa. Iâve been wearing my Oura ring every day and night for a little over 3 months and it seems very accurate. Iâm usually skeptical of wearable monitoring devices, but often try them nonetheless, so I use several different ones, along with non-wearable, more accurate monitors to compare reliability. The Oura seems to be spot on with my sleep, stress, and activity. Itâs always detected my naps and routine âworkoutâ activities (I created a label for my strenuous every day activities). Those are really the only stats I look at. Battery life is pretty good (mine usually needs charging nearly every 3-4 days). Itâs very stylish and comfortable. I like the pulse ox and heart monitors as well. It works very well with the Apple Health app and integrates seamlessly. The Oura App is also very well designed and functions perfectly. I have not been very careful with my ringâIâve dropped it twice on a hard tile floor and I also wear it while working with power tools and while doing light construction/carpentry/craft work and it has held up exceptionally well. I also have worn it while washing my hands, but take it off during bathing/showering. When I first purchased it, I wore a silicone ring over it for protection, but it was too bulky. Overall, I am very happy with this tracker and would definitely recommend it. I love the sleep tracking with my Apple Watch, but sadly, it needs to be on the charging dock at night, so that feature is pretty useless for me. The Oura, however, is perfect.

Er ist trotz seiner GröÃe leicht und nach einer Weile bemerkt man kaum noch, dass man ihn trägt. Ich habe die silberne Version gewählt und obwohl es nach täglichem Gebrauch ein paar kleine Kratzer gibt, sind diese kaum sichtbar, es sei denn, man schaut ganz genau hin. Das Finish sieht immer noch elegant und stilvoll aus, was den Ring sowohl zu einem modischen Accessoire als auch zu einem funktionalen Tracker macht.Ich empfehle dringend, vor dem Kauf das GröÃenset zu nutzen. Es war unglaublich hilfreich, um die richtige GröÃe auszuwählen.
