    AWFUL!!!
After our initial purchase of this product 12 months ago worked perfectly until a week ago when it stopped connecting to the parent unit intermittently we have since received 2 replacements both of which were faulty. The first wouldn’t connect to the parent monitor and second won’t connect to the wifi. The customer service received from Amazon regarding this issue was absolutely dreadful and we are still (5 days on) stuck with no functional baby monitor. AVOID!!!

    Shockingly bad
Ludicrously overpriced for the shocking poor image quality. Supposedly full HD but not even close on the monitor that comes with it and debatable via the app. The night vision in particular is no better than an audio only monitor. Might as well be filming with a toaster. Also prone to freezing frequently and Wi-Fi range and streaming quality on the app is terrible.Get an Imou life for about ten times cheaper. Comes with a wall mount and very easy to connect to home Wi-Fi. We use an old iPad as our monitor but can use phones in a pinch

    Doesn’t connect to monitor
Works well enough using the app but the connection to the monitor doesn’t work and cannot be reset.

Like of perks and accessories, but picture quality is lacking
There’s a lot to unpick with this baby monitor, good parts and bad parts:+ Crazy variety on how to attach the camera, wall mounted, perched on a surface/side, or the other mounted option with the poles – which is brilliant if you’re not allowed to drill into the walls of your house.- The crib mounted pole didn’t fit on my crib, even at the lowest setting it wouldn’t fit under my crib – probably because it has drawers underneath it, so I tried to mount it to my sons clothes drawers, but could attach the top.+ The magnetic camera holder is brilliant for angling, lots of possibilities to ensure the crib and baby are in focus.- Picture quality is not good, either in day or night mode. Day mode i quite pixelated and the Lloyds are very muted. Dark night mode there is a lot of glare that makes the image hard to see.+ Add ons wise, the camera is super smart. It can soon and rotate from the monitor screen. Not only does it play music, it can also read out bed time stories – which is insane.- The monitor screen takes a while to charge initially, and is nt ready to be used out of the box as it needs charging for some time.Overall, this it quite a demanding price, and arguably worth it for the accessories and functionality – BUT it doesn’t hit the mark on image quality.

    Comprehensive kit, a little expensive.
Lots of parts to sort out but ounce you have it all together it works well, I plugged monitor and camera in with power plugs supplied (I would suggest to keep mains power connected all the time) turned on the monitor unit and it connected to camera with no issues, the picture and sound quality are good, I downloaded the app setting up was a little tricky but I got it working ok, the unit has lots of functions you can pan left right up down, a selection of music to play to baby, room temp, it comes with cot bracket for perfect positioning, and many more functions, regarding picture quality I included picture from monitor and the app.The menus works well and the screen is large, all the components look to be well made and ounce you have used it awhile I am sure it will serve its purpose well, I would say that I think it is a little expensive, it’s a good piece of kit but not premium like the price, but I am pleased with the functionality overall.

    a little disappointed
I have mixed feelings about this product. On one hand, it offers some impressive features that enhance the monitoring experience for parents. The ability to remotely view my baby from anywhere through the parent unit or smartphone app is convenient and provides peace of mind. The camera’s picture quality is commendable, and the infrared night vision ensures clear visibility even in low-light conditions.I appreciate the flexibility of adjusting the camera angles to get the desired view of my baby. The talk-back function allows me to communicate with my little one, and the option to play lullabies and soothing sounds is a nice touch. The inclusion of a sound level and temperature monitor adds an extra layer of reassurance. However, there are a couple of drawbacks that dampen my overall satisfaction with the product. The noticeable delay in both the smartphone and monitor viewing is disappointing, as it compromises real-time monitoring and responsiveness. Whether I’m using the app or the parent unit, I often experience several seconds of latency, which can be frustrating.(as shown in the video)Another issue I’ve encountered is the battery performance. Despite charging the monitor for a significant amount of time, I find that the battery drains quite quickly. Even with minimal usage, the battery lasts for only a short period, which is inconvenient and requires frequent recharging. In addition, I find its ability to play music and pre-recorded audio for my baby quite impressive. It adds an extra element of comfort and entertainment. I can choose from a selection of music, including lullabies, and even upload my own recorded voice for a personal touch. However, one inconvenience I’ve noticed is the lack of a direct pause function on the main screen. To pause the music or adjust the volume, I have to navigate to the music interface, which can be a bit cumbersome. It would be more convenient if I could control the music playback and volume using the volume buttons on my smartphone.Motorola is indeed a well-known brand, and with a price tag of £220, my expectations for this product were quite high. However, based on its performance, I feel that the price is too steep
