Monopoly For Kids
The Monopoly Junior game allows kids to earn money the fun way. The game is like the standard Monopoly game, but it’s fast, simple, and accessible for younger players. Kids choose their favourite Junior token–Little Scottie, Little Hazel, Toy Boat, and Toy Car–and learn how to pass Go, buy properties, and collect rent. Once another player goes bankrupt, the player with the most money wins the game.
Kid Friendly Locations
Players move their adorable character tokens around the board, buying kid-friendly properties such as the ice cream parlour, the toy store, and the skate park. It’s so much fun for them to place a “sold” sign on their very own property. Chance cards reveal unexpected bonuses, but watch out! They can also make a player pay when least expected. Single banknotes keep the transactions fast and easy.
Be the Winner
Kids can make their own decisions and experience the ups and downs of real estate with the Monopoly Junior game. Kids will be able to collect cool properties, make others pay rent, and try to own it all. Once any player runs out of money and can’t buy an unowned property, pay rent, or pay a fine, the game is over. The remaining players count their money, and the person with the most money wins the game!

Great twist on a classic
The children and adults loved this game and is a great adaptation on the original which is much more engaging for little ones.

A Youngster’s Monopoly
Bought for my 4 great nephews and niece to play when they are together. As their parents, grandparent’s and great uncle did when they were young. Great fun.

So much family fun for little ones
This is so much fun. We bought it to add to our games night selection for our 6 year old twins. The game is similar enough in format to regular monopoly that it’s readying little ones for the big game in time. So, the differences are -The only money are 1 notes. So it’s much easier to manage buying property and paying rent etc as they only have 1s to count up.When you land on a property, if it’s free you have to buy it. There’s no property cards, each player has little discs that match their playing piece, and those are what you place then on the property you own. There’s no houses or hotels to buy to put on your property. There are chance cards, and they’re largely good ones (a little too many good ones perhaps). They are things like ‘move ahead UP TO 5 spaces’ (therefore children have the possiblity and choice to avoid landing on someone else’s property and paying rent), a few ‘give this card to the Duck eg player and on their next go they can choose a property to buy’, and quite a few ‘move to a red or blue eg property and if it’s available get it for free’.If you land on another players property you pay them rent which is the same price the player paid for it. If they own both properties for that colour then you have to pay them double rent. The first person to go bankrupt signals the end of the game. Then whoever has the most money is the winner. This means that the game ends a lot sooner than regular monopoly.Which, when you’re playing with little ones can be a good thing! 𤣠But of course, if you’re all enjoying then you just play again. We’ve all had a lot of fun playing this game as a family and I’m really glad I bought it.It’s very easy for children to understand the simple rules. The numbers they’re dealing with, providing they can recognise numbers, are really low – at most the highest property to buy is 5, and the highest double rent to pay is 10, so as long as they can count up to ten they’ll be fine, and help with reading chance cards if need be too.

The essence of the real thing; perfectly designed for the young
What a fantastic game. This game really captures the essence of Monopoly whilst keeping it simple (and quick) enough for young children to enjoy. My 6 year old couldn’t play enough Christmas (or since). The good: Game play is fast with a couple of variations for more patient players. The numbers are easy (purchase price and rents are the same, no buildings) and rent is doubled for a pair. The chance cards are generous at the beginning (lots of free properties) but become more dangerous as the game goes on.The bad: Not much. My only niggle is the quality of the paper money. It is both very thin, and very sticky. This was brought into focus by playing an old game of Totopoly which is at least 35 years old. The money from that has aged well, and still has a good feel to it.Verdict: Buy it! I nearly bought the young version of Game of Life but changed to this after reading various reviews. This game is my best Amazon purchase in a long time and we enjoyed some fantastic quality time together.

Brilliant Game
I was unsure whether to get Junior or adult monopoly for my 7-year old grandson; I am so glad I got this one! The complicated and tedious rules of adult monopoly have been whittled down to a minimum, leaving a game that is easy for a child to understand, reasonably fast, entertaining, and best of all, my grandson is able to win on his own merit, not because adults have bent the rules to allow him. He said it was his best Christmas present.

Hours of fun for little ones
A kids version of the classic board game. What’s not to like? A good introduction to money for youngsters also.
Sarah J –
My boys love board games and my oldest has a good grasp on counting and my middle is still learning, but this is a really fun way for them to practice and they ask to play over and over again!

My kids love playing this. Itâs a great game to keep them challenged and away from screens.
