Amazing Product
I have suffered from severe scale dermatitis for years. They stopped making the shampoo that helped so I tried rice bars. The first one I bought was smaller (made by a different company) and lasted a month. My dermatitis continued. So next I bought this one because I thought as it was manufactured by a Korean company it must be good.After the first couple of weeks – washing hair every two to three days, my dermatitis healed up. Itâs a massive bar too. I bought mine on 20th August (so now five months ago) and I still have a quarter of the bar left.My thick, wavy hair is soft and silky without needing to use any conditioner. And most importantly I have a healthy dermatitis free scalp.This product is incredible. Iâm definitely ordering more. Today infact.

Amazing, go for it!!
I have now been using it for 6 weeks, I usually wash my hair 2-3 times a week. My hair goes down to my waist, it`s thick and sort of wavy. As my hair is really heavy, my scalp often gets irritated and itchy. First, the soap bar is still nearly the same size as it was when it arrived, it lathers so well, it should last me at least for 6 months.But now the important stuff: my hair feels and looks amazing! I have defined, beautiful waves, there is no need for conditioner, my scalp irritation is absolutely gone and my hair is so shiny and light, it is unreal! I know this sounds like I was paid to say this but honestly, nothing ever worked this well for me! Other shampoos or shampoo bars either made my hair flat and greasy or made me look like a hay stack. I also usually cut my split ends every 2 months but there is no need right now, my hair is just so healthy. Honestly, just give it a try, it`s the best thing I`ve ever tried.

Natural, cleans well, long lasting
I bought this due to scalp irritation from supermarket products. After a couple of uses I noticed I wasnât reacting badly to it. The irritation/itchiness had gone and I feel this should be what everyone uses as supermarket products are packed with horrible unhealthy substances. A little goes a long way and it lathers amazingly, it has lasted a long time I believe itâs been a month already and itâs reduced 3/4 in size. Avoid over washing or using too much of it as you may then notice your hair drying out. I try keep washing my hair to every two days and not everyday as it causes dryness. I personally don’t use very much because Iâm a man with short hair, woman with longer hair will use more than me although if you wet it and just run it up and down your wet hair for a few seconds it should be enough to create an instant lather. Iâll definitely be buying this again and wonât go back to supermarket shampoo or even the âmore natural onesâ this one is it for me. The only drawback is conditioning capability, after some time my hair dried out but maybe it was because I washed it too often so I used a tiny bit of conditioner and a week later of washing hair every 2 days I have no issues.

Fantastic product all around.
It’s wonderful. This is one of the few shampoo bars that truly has largely natural ingredients which is why I bought it in the first place. I spent hours combing the internet for the perfect natural bar, only to come close and have the bar fall short cause of something like limonene. This one had no questionable ingredients (minus perhaps the Sodium Cocoyl Sulfate…), so if you’re interested in switching to a low-poo hair care routine, I would recommend this one.It’s a bit pricier than others on the market but for me it was worth it. Lathers really well and has a very mild, pleasant and totally natural smell. Leaves my hair super clean and super soft (on account of the fermented rice water, which is good for skin as well, so I sometimes also use it to wash my face). First wash cleared up my dandruff (subsequent washes weren’t as effective for dandruff, interestingly, but it’s still a fantastic product). Comes in very cute packaging and lasts a while, given that the bar itself is actually quite sizeable.

It made my hair really flat, didn’t help with oiliness
I bought this product as I’ve seen good reviews saying it improves hair texture and supports hair growth and doesn’t damage hair structure if used every day as I normally wash my hair very often due to oily scalp. I wouldn’t recommend if you have naturally straight/thin hair, it made my hair very flat and didn’t recognise any difference on the next day when it comes to oiliness, although I only used it for a week now. Pros are, I was worried that it won’t be very foamy and will need to use lots but it foams up quiet quickly when it comes in contact with water. Also NEVER let it go into your eyes, if stings more than any shampoo and leave your eyes red for a good couple hours.

Don’t put sulphates on your scalp.
This has foaming sulphate detergents in it, 2 severe ones in fact, it foams up really fast, first red flag and by golly you better hope it doesn’t get into your eyes, it burns like nothing else! Heed the warnings, stay away. It strips your hair so far back that it leaves your hair it brittle, if you colour your hair forget it, you’ll be left with cotton wool. This is harmful to your scalp and hair . I’ll stick to my regular MooGoo sensitive shampoo, no more nonsense trends. Not so natural. Don’t fall for it.

I was looking for shampoos without sodium laurel sulfate (it causes hair loss, and in toothpaste it causes your gums to recede). In addition, any products that contain water have to contain germicides to kill bacterial growth. This shampoo bar solves both of those issues and WORKS GREAT!!! My hair is always nice and clean. This bar lathers up wonderfully! Oh….. it also doesn’t contain toxic fragrance!! there are so many toxic chemicals that I avoid just by using this shampoo bar. I’ve been using it for several months but it isn’t even halfway gone.

First time trying solid shampoo. Reasonable price for the size.Was experiencing bad hair loss and trying to find other options. After 2-3 months of use, I can say that it really helps. When I switch back to previous shampoo, hair loss starts again. Back to this, and hair loss reduces again.Also helped with Bfâs dandruff problems despite his short hair.Not too strong smelling. Does have a âsqueakyâ clean feel that took some getting used to. Use conditioners occasionally and itâs not too dry on its own.Would recommend to try it if youâre looking for a clean and simple option thatâs affordable and lasts. Bought around $26 SGD

I was losing my hair first from the after effects of birthing a child, and then from extreme stress. The texture of my hair even changed from straight / wavy to very curly. My hair started to come out excessively and started receding and also thinned at the temples. After using this for about 2 weeks, the hair loss has almost stopped completely. Now itâs just a minimal amount of strands that come out when I brush my hair or wash it. I also have noticed where I had hair loss, I can actually see hairs growing again! Theyâre about an inch long and stick straight up in those spots ð awkward stage for sure but Iâm grateful for it. I also noticed any split ends I once had are now gone. Thereâs no build up on the scalp after use either.The only negative I had was I wish they wouldnât market this as a 2 in 1 shampoo/conditioner. It does not condition, but then again 2 in 1 shampoos rarely do. I ended up getting a deep conditioner bar from another company to use after use of this rice bar and the two work very well together.With that said, even knowing it doesnât function as a conditioner, I can say it doesnât matter to me. The fact that itâs a quality shampoo and helps with hair regrowth, strengthening, and repair is enough. Plus this bar is huge (3-4x larger when compared to other eco friendly options). It lathers so nicely, and feels very foamy and creamy. There are no bad scents either. I was concerned when I saw it was fermented rice, but it really has no smell.I cannot recommend this product more! Go get it; especially if your hair is falling out or damaged. Give a week or so to see the results. (I wash my hair every 1-2 days, so if you donât use the product as frequently Iâd give it more time).Also, the fact that itâs eco friendly. No plastic. Everything is biodegradable. Thatâs such a plus! No guilt in consuming this product, and youâre getting your moneys worth by this concentrated method, not paying for the added water in the liquid soaps. Thank you for that!

My first bar of this rice water shampoo was fantastic. Lasted almost six months and did a great job. It lathers well and almost feels like regular shampoo. Rinses out well too.This second bar has issues: It keeps breaking off and is hard, like it is evaporated/condensed, or it is old. It is also drying my hair out just a bit more than the first bar. When I try to use the broken pieces they get caught in my hair and it doesn’t work well. So, I’m currently using 1/2 a half bar that is shedding.My first bar kept it’s shape until the end and that was so nice as it is curved and rubs well on my hair and scalp to get the lather going. I’m praying that my third bar will be back to ‘normal’.
