Tasty, dissolves well, seems to be high quality, no sugar added
I’m very cautious of ingesting any products that have questionable labeling or unknown sourcing. I scrutinize everything on the packaging before using. This is one of those products.This is a really cute little matcha set. Each canister contains a tad over 1 ounce of product. According to the packaging, that breaks down to a total 10 servings of a combined matcha and coconut milk drink. (Note the size in the photos next to a bulb of garlic and a ruler).I was a little confused about who is behind the product, because the packaging says it is manufactured in China by Xi’an Pincredit Biotech in Shaanxi, China. But, it’s licensed with and marketed by the Wonder Family (which appears to be an AI website, per their Amazon store) at a registered agent’s office in Dover, Delaware. Yet it’s been manufactured for Sparkle Industries Inc, 30 N Gould St Ste R in Sheriden, WY 82801 USA, which is the location of a registered agent for corporations. And the organic certification is from SRS Certification GMBH, which is a corporate entity in Germany. But the icon on the package says USDA organic. The good news of all of this is that when I search the internet for Xi’an Pincredit Biotech Shaanxi, China I find a corporate website with all certifications for GMP, USDA, etc as well as factory photos of matcha in all stages of processing.That issue solved, I opened the matcha (sealed cans, pop top) and actually tasted the powders. The matcha tasted fresh and the coconut powder tasted pure and coconut-ty. It did not have the taste of added sugar (maltodrexin) that packaged coconut powder in the US usually has. It was a fine powder.When adding to hot water neither the coconut powder nor the matcha clumped. They dissolved easily. They made an excellent cup of matcha.This is a small set but it’s cute and the taste is impressive. I think it would be handy for travel or to give as a gift. I really like it.

strong flavors, ratios listed aren’t even close to right. need a lot less than they say.
The directions are odd for both.Green tea:They say 1oz of water and 1 tsp of the green tea for a ratio but if you went with that ratio it would taste horrible. I did 8oz of water, about 6oz of milk and it was still pretty strong with 1 tsp of tea. The flavor was good once I got to a decent ratio. Adding milk made it even better imo.Coconut milk:Same thing as the green tea, it is extremely strong and you want to do a much larger ratio than what they recommend.Flavor comes through strong and is a great addition to different drinks. I liked it in small doses in my coffee.The containers come with a pop top under the lids so they will stay fresh for a very long time till you are ready to open. The lids are easy to open and close.

Lovely matcha and coconut milk powder set
I received the Matcha Latte Set with Coconut Milk Powder & Premium Matcha Tea – Vegan-Friendly Green Tea Powder for Energy & Wellness from the WONDER FAMILY Store.The matcha and powdered coconut milk both come in their own small tins. The tins are securely packaged with easy pull-tab lids. The matcha smells delicious and authentic. Itâs bitter but has that familiar matcha scent and taste. It is easily mixed into hot water with a regular spoon, though if you have a matcha wisk, I imagine that will lend authenticity to the experience and help it blend better.The coconut milk powder is decent. Finely powdered and mixes easily with the green tea. I usually donât add anything to my green tea, but for purposes of this review I mixed the coconut milk powder in with the tea. I think it takes a bit more milk powder to get a big taste. The directions say to add a 2:1 mix of water to powder to reconstitute it, but you only need to start with 1 tsp when adding it to smoothies, desserts, tea, etc. I think I will be adding the coconut milk powder to other types of tea, and will leave the matcha itself alone.I appreciate that the products are vegan and USDA organic. The coconut milk powder even indicates that it is keto friendly. These are small containers, just over 1 oz each. There is currently no listed price for these items at the time of this review, so I cannot say if the value for the cost is worth it. But the products as they stand alone are great.

Good taste, not quite in my flavor profile; better after experimenting with the water / milk ratios
In fairness, I am primarily a black tea drinker with somewhat less than a semi-professional background. There are varying matcha to water ratios listed for matcha. As a matter of fact, this matcha container states, âCreate a base with 1-2 tsp of matcha green tea powder and 1 oz (30 ml) of water.â, and simply suggests, âAdd milk or more water to taste.â. In the Amazon listing, it states,â To 1 tsp (3 g) of matcha green tea powder, add 360 mL of 170 °F (77 °C) water to make 12 fl oz Matcha tea prepared.âI used 1 teaspoon of this matcha tea for 12 ounces of water to make an iced tea. The next time I make this tea I will sift it first; there were a couple of clumps which I did incorporate in the mix. This matcha straight is a bit too grassy / herbaceous for me but that doesnât make it bad; some people prefer that characteristic. I then mixed and added some of the coconut milk using the 2 parts of water to 1 part coconut milk powder ration per the canâs label. Better to me but still not to my liking.Next, I added about 2 ounces of 2% milk and it getting closer. Finally, I let the iced beverage sit a good bit so a good amount of the ice melted. Trying this version of my iced version was the best by far for me; close but not quite at the level of the Japanese ceremonial matcha tea I have tried (which costs about twice as much as this matcha.Great teas have been coming out of China for an extremely long time. This one has promise after I find the best water and milk ratios for me. I am very happy with it overall at this price point for ceremonial grade matcha (that also includes a can of coconut milk powder). Note the cans have screw-on caps for storage.
