These taste really good. They are gummies but they are VERY soft which I love. I have had gummy vitamins in the past that were really hard. These are way better. Has a great taste.I haven’t had any side effects or upset stomach from taking these.I noticed some increased energy. I donât feel like I am hyped up on caffeine but I definitely feel more motivated to get stuff done and I donât have that drained feeling. I was taking them in the morning but I find that if I take them between 10 and noon they work way better for my energy in the afternoon which is when I get most fatigued.They have a nice long expiration date 2026. I have felt some less irritation/irritability. Slightly longer fuse with my patienceOverall I really like these. I wish I could take them twice a day or more often, I find it more convenient then making a drink. Would highly recommend!

They just taste so bad
I love green tea, I’m even a fan of good matcha. I’m also a fan of energy, I guess, and I like gummies.That said, whether these give you energy or whatever, I’m not sure, as they’re just really bad tasting. It’s like rule one with these gummies that they need to taste reasonable. These don’t. I can’t get through them. I guess if you really really like matcha in concentrated form, you might like these, but who knows.
