AFTERMARKET CAMERA THAT DOESN’NT LOOK AFTERMARKET, FIT AND FINISH IS JUST LIKE AN AUDI. INSTALLATION TOOK ABOUT 1 HOUR, MAKING SURE NOT TO ROUTE WIRING IN FRONT OF DRIVER SIDE CURTAIN AIRBAG. DON’T FOLLOW THE INSTALLATION VIDEO WHERE THEY PUSH THE WIRING BEHIND THE DRIVER SIDE A-PILLAR TRIM, IN FRONT OF CURTAIN AIRBAG. BIG NO NO!!!! TAKE THE TRIM OFF AND DO IT RIGHT. ROUTE THE WIRING BEHIND THE CUTAIN AIRBAG. THE SAME GOES FOR THE REAR CAMERA, WHERE I ROUTED THE WIRING DOWN LOW ALONG THE SILL PLATE AND LEFT REAR QTR PANEL TO THE HEADLINER. SO MANY SETTINGS TO SET HOW YOU WANT, ESPECIALLY THE SOUND!!!

The camera and its shell clips well in the mirror, but cable length (way too long, especially the “Y” for rain sensor) make it a hell to install.After two days I just gave up

This works great, but at night its not as clear. Installing is not too easy but that was just because of the car. But overall the camera is ok without sacrificing the looks of all the wires like other cameras

I purchased the Mangoal model A front and rear dash cam for my 2024 Audi Q8 e-tron in Nov. 2024. I installed it in less than an hour and it has performed flawlessly so far.I was hesitant to buy this cam because there werenât many reviews, and it was fairly new to the market. I took a chance, and I am not disappointed.What sold me is it looks like a factory installed option and no one knows you have a dash cam. I didnât want a clunky cam hanging from my windshield.The video quality is much better than I expected and acceptable.Overall installation was not hard, but getting the plastic trim pieces to clip together takes some effort. Once you figure out how they clip together, and realize you can use force without breaking anything, the pieces go together.The app works well, and I like the ease of being able to remove the SD card to download video onto my computer.You cannot view videos via the internet using the app away from the car. The app only works via wi-fi when inside the car to access settings or view and download videos.Iâve heard people complain about sounds coming from the cam when the vehicle is started. This is not an issue because you can use the app settings to turn off all sounds which is my preference.I have not had any issues with the cam interfering with the Audi rain sensor in the mirror or any other issues.Some people have voiced concerns the cam does not turn off when they leave the car. The cam will stay on for a short while and then the blue power lights will go out when it powers down.I have also read where some people claim the cam gets very hot. I have not experienced this issue.Overall, I am very happy with the Mangoal dash cam.
