I originally saw this vacuum at a house that I clean. I used it a few times and loved it, so I bought one for myself! I have it set up in my kitchen and it works great. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats so I needed something to get the pet hair. I also have 5 kids so it needed to be able to get the crumbs too! This thing does all of that and more! It’s awesome that it mops and sweeps at the same time! After running it daily the floor looks better than it has in a long time! I also love that you can run it from your phone or the remote. My husband doesn’t have a smart phone so it’s nice that he can activate the vacuum too!As for the app and it’s features I love that you can set the pattern the vacuum moves. This is nice for the large open room because I can set it to go back and forth and it will get the whole floor in a tidy manor. Then I can switch it to a random pattern for in my kitchen so it can get around am the chair and table legs. I also love that you can set it on a schedule so it will go off whenever you need it too.

I purchased the vacuum on 11/26/23. Since it was a Christmas present it sat in the box unopened until Christmas day. The vacuum worked great for the first month and we really liked it. It did a great job with all of the pet hair. The mopping option isn’t really very good, so don’t buy it expecting to have beautifully mopped floors. Here’s the rub and why the 1 star rating — as you can see in my video, starting in early February, after just about 1 month of use, the front left brush stopped rotating and the vacuum would then go forward, then back, then shut off completely. I sent a message to the retailer notifying them of the issue. They were prompt in asking me to provide a video, a screenshot of the error on the app and purchase information. However, once I provided all of the evidence of the vacuum not working properly, they pretty much went silent. I’ve been sending messages since 2/10/24 and the few replies that I’ve received state they are connecting with the service team to resolve the issue, but absolutely nothing has been done yet. So I’ve been waiting for some type of resolution for about as long as the vacuum worked. Buyer beware!
