For those shopping trips where you have bags that you specifically dont want to tip over or when the seats are full but passengers have small items that theyd like to keep somehwere, these are remarkably efective.Need to use some common sense on when these shoudl be used or not, I wouldnt use these for heavy loads or something that could be dangerous to occupants of the vehicle when in motion.Construciton is very simple, as long as the hooks stay attachd to the material there shoudlbe no problem
