Abundance of health benefits – Green tea extract supports many of the body’s healthy processes. It fights free radicals and oxidative stress, promotes healthy cell reproduction, helps maintain already-healthy cholesterol levels and protects nerve function.
Benefits without caffeine – Want the health-promoting benefits of several cups of green tea without the unwanted effects consuming caffeine can have? This green tea supplement was formulated with a decaffeinated extract specifically for that purpose.
Ingredients matter – We use only the finest raw ingredients with the purity and potency you deserve. The majority of our products are non-GMO, gluten-free and manufactured in the USA—and a Certificate of Analysis is available for every one.
Live your healthiest life – We believe the answers to a healthier life are within reach, and that scientific research is the key to getting us there. That’s why so many of our formulas feature specific ingredients and amounts based on scientific studies.

This stuff works very well!
I wrote this review and then realized I forgot to directly mention two things.First, when you have to go you must go immediately or you seriously risk public and private ridicule. This stuff does it’s job very well.Second, I was worried that this product might keep me awake but I’ve slept reasonably well since I began using it.Now on with my review…I’ve been over weight for at least the past year or so, I am 6′ with a small frame and weighed 220 on 9/13/13. I looked to be about six months pregnant. lol!! Not good! Anyway, I have a trip home coming up in a few days and decided to lose as much weight as I possibly could during the six, or so, weeks prior to my trip. I cut my caloric intake down to no more than 1,200-1500 per day. I eat only low fat, high protein and fiber foods. I drink only water and other zero calorie beverages. I also, started taking vitamins and iron. I’ve gone to the gym just about every day for the past month and a half.(I hadn’t set foot in a gym in many years. It wasn’t fun at first.) With this regimen in mind,, I was already losing weight at a reasonable pace but felt like I could use something to give my metabolism a boost. I am not a fan of supplements and such but considering my time constraints I decided to research green tea extract. I did some research online and read reviews of various products. I decided to try Life Extension Mega Green Tea Extract and I’m glad I did. This product works very well. It works almost to well, in fact. During the first two or three days of use I “visited” the toilet at least 3 times per day. My bathroom time was quite productive to say the least, I was amazed at the volume of waste I had been carrying around. After the first few days my body leveled off. Still, since then, I “visit” the toilet at least twice a day. Before I included Mega Green Tea Extract in my daily routine I was losing weight at approximately 3-4 pounds a week. With Mega Green Tea Extract added into the mix I have been losing anywhere from half a pound to two pounds a day depending on what I eat, whether I decide to drink a few beers and whether I make it to the gym the next day. Busting your butt on the treadmill for an hour is definitely not a fun thing to do with a hangover, but I’ve done it. Luckily I didn’t fall on my face. By the way, I walk on the treadmill for an hour per day at increasing speed up to 3.8 mph and constantly raise the incline until the my hour is up. I also ride the stationary bike for one hour. As of 9/13/13 I was 220. Today is 10/19/13 and I currently weigh 195. I have 8 workout days left before my trip and will lose at least another 5 pounds (probably more) before leaving thanks in part to Mega Green Tea Extract. Excellent product!!

Helps shed the extra weight
I’m 46 and I’ve been struggling with losing weight, specifically belly fat. I’ve been pretty skinny up until about a few years ago, but mid-40s are no joke – I gained 30 pounds in a short period. I’m active but that didn’t change anything lately, however the green tea extract brought my weight down to 144.4 from 150.6 in a week. Pretty impressive considering that this is the only change I implemented recently and nothing else (not even HIIT) changed my weight and I’ve been doing that consistently for over a year now. I had zero stomach issues, I take it in the morning w my coffee.

Life extension always a great dependable quality brand!
Effective and great health benefits each time using this product and easy to swallow if you donât have issues with slightly big capsules. Plus never upsets my stomach which is a plus!

Makes me super nauseous.
In trying to tweak my supplement stack, I was started getting unusually & violently nauseous. I removed the new supplements and added them back one at a time, quickly realizing that it was this 1 that was making me get sick. That could just be me but I tend to have pretty average responses to supplements. I’m not saying don’t buy it, this is a great company with reliable quality when it comes to supplements. I’m just saying if you start feeling sick (even when taking with food, as I did) pretty quickly after taking your dailies, this might be it.

Buyers Beware!
I purchased this product and took it yesterday as directed. Shortly after, I experienced extreme nausea and severe chest pains throughout the day. Iâve never had issues with green tea before, so Iâm skeptical that this product is truly decaffeinated. Unfortunately, Iâm unable to return it.

I, too, am using it for fibroid therapy
Where do I start? As a 47-year-old perimenopausal woman, I’ve had my share of horrific periods and then some. They usually varied in intensity and duration due to changing hormonal levels. Sometimes I was heavy. Sometimes it was light. I could bleed for weeks. Months, even. I noticed odd symptoms, like sharp “twinges” and frequent urination. There was severe bloating and backaches. But I attributed those to my swinging hormones. Then, something horrific happened. In April, there was a change and not for the better. I was bedridden for nearly two months with heavy bleeding, excruciating cramps, and became so anemic I could barely crawl to the bathroom. After that, I did some research. Fibroids were the culprit. How do I get rid of them or at least shrink them when surgery isnât an option?I read about green tea extract and read a few online medical trials. I began taking these as soon as I got the bottle. Well, the trial period was four months. But I’ve already noticed a change in premenstrual symptoms. My stomach, when it was usually out to there because of the fibroids, deflated. No more back pain. And I’m not running to the bathroom every two minutes. I’m also trying an organic diet and have cut sugar out of my life. No processed meats or dairy. Stay away from non-organic milk and cheeses. Whole grains and nuts. Tons of tomatoes. Fresh fruit. And plenty of spinach. The real test will be the next menstrual cycle. I’m also not as cranky. So, we’ll see. I’m getting another bottle, so I don’t run out. Also, it doesn’t hurt to drink the stuff, either.Wish me luck.

Dont take it on an empty stomach or after eating less food. Only take on a very full stomach. After swallowing this pill I feel my stomach getting cleaned from inside.

It says not to take with food, so please don’t think you can ignore that like me and pop one in your gob when you’ve just had a massive salad chicken sandwich. The loo could have been in Timbuktu the way I scrambled to get at it. Also an intense wave of nausea. Otherwise, I’ve felt fantastic whenever I take this product as I don’t love drinking green tea itself anymore. Just really, don’t eat it with food.
