best toy for small dog
My little dog absolutely loves this toy! Itâs become their favourite, and they play with it nonstop. The toy is durable enough to handle all the chewing and tugging, which is great since my dog can be pretty rough with toys. It also keeps them entertained for hours, which is a big win for both of us.The material seems safe and easy to clean, and the design is perfect for interactive play or independent fun. I highly recommend this toy for any small dog owner looking for something engaging and long-lasting.

Sturdy & resilient
We only buy Kong teddies for the dog because everything else lasts about 2 seconds. Bought the wrong size – be aware, this is the little, dinky, tiny one for small dogs. Her normal size is the medium one, but it’s actually been a good buy as it’s so small she can’t get at the stitches, so I think it’s going to last longer than usual. Love these as they have actually been designed by someone who’s met a dog. The label goes first, then the mouth stitching and all the various little patchwork patches on him. Takes ages before she starts on the bodywork. It’s hasn’t got too much stuffing either, so not an absolute snowstorm once dismemberment starts. She takes him to bed every night & loves him (to eventual death).

Too much love for poor bear!
We bought this for our papillon puppy when he was 4 months old. He absolutely adored this bear from day 1 (and a few other soft kong toys, the stretchy fox another favourite) and they held really well through his teething phase, practically intact. I was really impressed, as he managed to damage another soft toy he got as a gift quite quickly.Alas, it seems recently his teeth and/or grip got much stronger (he’s nearly 10 months now) as no chew toy, except for the rubber kongs, survives impact. He shreds the rope toys, tennis balls, has done serious damage to an antler he’s had for a while… So sadly, the beloved bear lost his ears. Then his back was torn apart (at this point I had to take out quite a bit of stuffing and the squeeker). But Gizmo didn’t seem to mind – he still would choose this bear out of many other toys in the basket. Even now, as I tried to take a few pics for this review of the bear’s state, he immediately followed me and asked for it.Now, you might wonder if it’s okay to let your dog play with a toy damaged like this. Depends on the dog, I guess. Ours is not interested in swallowing any of the bits he chews off, he just spits them out and leaves lying around, so all damage done just awaits hoovering up. I don’t mind that too much, so we let him keep the bear – until it’s torn to pieces, and replacement arrives. So here we are. The bear is in rather poor form – but is one of the most loved toys, and whilst the time from purchase to the first “broken skin” (the bear’s) is not very long, the overall enjoyment and time of play seems to be worth it. We’ll be getting a replacement bear and see how long the second one lasts.

6.5 years later⦠a review!
I bought this Kong teddy a week before I picked up Alfie, my 8 week old Shiba Inu pup.Itâs still one of his favorite comfort toys and the only toy where the squeak hasnât been destroyed. Given that he regularly presents it to me whenever he wants to hump my foot I can only assume that itâs still highly prized. It has survived tuggies, chewing, numerous machine washes and left out in all weathers. 6.5 years and has outlasted all his other toys

not so resistent sadly!
I’ve had to bin it already, my dog loved the toy but the fabric started coming off and it became unsafe for the dog.

The best toy I’ve ever got for my cat.
By far this is the best toy I’ve ever found for my cat, she really loves it.It comes with some catnip however I buy my catnip separately from Amazon (because it’s good quality).Just pop the catnip into the little compartment in the toy & watch as your cat losses it around the floor as if it’s a real mouse. I’m ordering another one, a hedgehog this time.

Lily says this is grrrrreat
I always prefer to give my little girl Kong toys, they are strong, durable and although more expensive than many they are worth the money.
