Not really suitable when moving the seats

Useful, could be better
The effectiveness and cosmetic suitability of these will depend on the vehicle but on my Ford Kuga they fit and blend in with the interior well. They do squash the seat a bit at the rear where the seat belt clip goes in. I found it easier if you put the seat belt clip in first and then push the rest into the gap. The seat moves backwards and forward ok but because they are quite flexible, they move up at the front when the seat moves. I can just about fit my iPhone (in a case) in the longer pocket.
The hooks have a carbon fibre look and simply hang off the seat headrest as can be seen in the picture. They are reasonably strong.
