The clever helper for floor cleaning: the Kärcher RCV 3 robot vacuum cleaner scores with its cleaning performance and brings many smart functions. The RCV 3 is equipped with a LiDAR laser that maps the room environment to ensure optimal navigation. Fall sensors ensure safe handling of stairs and outlets. At the same time, it easily overcomes thresholds and carpets up to a height of 18 mm. For personalised cleaning, the robot vacuum cleaner can be used with the Kärcher Home Robots app. With the app, the device can be switched on and off via the smartphone, set up a schedule, set cleaning parameters such as suction marks or defining prohibition zones. A room map of the apartment or house over several floors is stored in the app. With a suction power of 2500 Pa, the robot vacuum cleaner effortlessly absorbs dirt and dust from hard floors and carpets and works completely autonomously. Thanks to the side brushes, it also thoroughly removes dirt on edges. With one battery charge, it sucks up to 120 minutes. In addition, the robot vacuum cleaner has a wiping function to eliminate stuck dust on hard floors during cleaning. For this purpose, it comes with a microfibre cloth that is inside the device and can be easily removed to wash it after cleaning. For surfaces with carpeted floors, barrier zones can be set up, which the robot avoids when wiping. An integrated 2-in-1 container holds 300ml of dust and 170ml of fresh water. The robot vacuum cleaner is only 9.4 cm high and thus reaches the surfaces under low furniture without any problems. At only 67 dB, it also runs very quietly, so it does not disturb when it is in operation. Included are the Kärcher RCV 3 robot vacuum cleaner, a charging station, two side brushes, two filters and two microfibre cleaning cloths.

Early days but quite impressed!
I have only used this cleaner a couple of times but does a very good job and cleans well. It finds its way around furniture with only the occasional mistake when it gets stuck misjudging overhead clearance. The dirt container is easy to remove and empty. I have several Karcher devices none of which has disappointed me and I am sure this will be just as good.

TenÃa ganas de tener un aspirador con mapeo y no puedo estar más contento. Estaba entre este y el Xiaomi S12. Desconozco como funciona el de Xiaomi, pero este me parece muy muy bueno. El mapeo es muy preciso y el nivel de limpieza más que correcto contando con que tengo dos perros de talla grande que tiran muchÃsimo pelo. No sé cómo funciona el fregado, y no creo que lo use.

Was die Kritik der App-Bedienung betrifft kann ich diese wirklich überhaupt gar nicht verstehen… Die WLAN Kopplung funktioniert wie bei nahezu jedem anderen Smart Home Gerät auch. Natürlich gibt es vielleicht “schöner designte” Apps, ich für meinen Teil finde die Einrichtung (die bei mir samt Kartenerstellung und Anpassung der Räume / Reinigungsbereiche) nicht einmal eine Stunde gedauert hat sehr intuitiv! Hätte ich hierbei nicht einige “Spezialwünsche” gehabt was die Raumaufteilung und das jeweilige Reinigungsprogramm angeht (auch eine sehr sehr gute Sache, weil man hier auch einzelne Reinigungsbereiche im Raum festlegen kann, Thema: offene Wohnküche mit Eingangsbereich) wäre der Roboter nach dem Auspacken mit Einrichtung der App inkl. Kartenerstellung nach 15 min komplett einsatzfähig gewesen.
Einzig schade finde ich, dass sich der Roboter nicht mit Alexa verbinden lässt. Die Wischfunktion benutze ich persönlich nicht, da ich von Staub in Kombination mit Wasser gerade in Geräten dieser doch recht niedrigen Preisklasse generell nicht überzeugt bin und das eher als Todesurteil für das Gerät sehe.
Super finde ich ebenfalls, dass man für jeden Raum einzeln gewisse Reinigungseinstellungen treffen kann. So lässt sich die Saugstärke beispielsweise im Flurbereich höher einstellen als für das Wohnzimmer.
In einer Preisklasse bis 250 ⬠finde ich das Produkt wirklich richtig gut! Aktuell macht er absolut was er soll. Unser vorheriger ROBI ist hier deutlich unsortierter durch die Gegend geeiert und die Gefahr des Festfahrens war hier auch viel gröÃer, da hier keine Karten erstellt wurde und er so auch nicht wusste, wann er gegen das nächste Hindernis knallt. Dieser war damals zwar 50 ⬠günstiger, allerdings finde ich das diese gut investiert sind!
