I recently got a new SUV and trunk space is smaller than my previous, so I needed a new trunk organizer that did not take up as much space. I travel with emergency items always on standby in my trunk (e.g. flashlights, cold weather blanket, handheld battery/air pressure, flares, etc.) I used to travel cross-country on dark, long roads and know that is not the time to “need” something you don’t have. The sizing on this is perfect, but it has some elements that are not living up to the price being asked for.It does not come with any instructions, but comes with multiple panels, sliders, parts….I had to use the link on Amazon to figure out where it all was supposed to go. I am not sure if I even put one in the correct compartment – it made sense to me, but I had to stuff it to get it to fit. I really like the top covers (this is rare) as it hides all of the storage; however, the dividers are slightly taller than the sides of the compartment, so they actually poke up the top of the middle top flap (pic). I tried to readjust it thinking I had set it wrong – but looks like a design flaw. The selling feature of a “cooler” like bag is nice, but it does not rest comfortably on the rim (wobbles) and if filled with ice/drinks, I foresee them tipping out. Also, you cannot leave the cooler bag in as the top will not close/Velcro over the metal frame of the cooler bag (pics), and it also does not fit in the actual organizer – meaning you have to store this someplace else if you want to keep it for later use. I also wish it had straps to connect to the car to keep it from sliding around.My likes – it has sturdy handles on each side, two large Velcro pockets on each side for additional storage of quick find things, and front mesh pockets with reflective tape. The best feature is a shoe compartment which is great as I always keep a set of snow boots and comfortable shoes on standby and this makes them easy to find. Overall, this is a nice organizer; however, the high price tag is distracting as there are other car organizers offering same/better features for much cheaper. This one is worth looking at but would recommend comparison shopping.

We use this trunk for our cleaning supplies for our housekeeping business. All the compartments are well sized. We even created more compartments by adding in some cardboard inserts as separators. The trunk is soft yet feels very sturdy and we are able to stack our cleaning caddies on top of the organizer, so the back of our work vehicle is so much more organized now. All the side pockets are also very useful and I really like the double lid design for the top.A couple of the separators that came included are kind of odd. Some have hook and loop (sorry, I can’t use the name brand for hook and loop), which is good and useful, but some of the separators don’t have any hook and loop. They are just flat boards and I am not certain what they are supposed to be used for. They aren’t meant at platforms for the very bottom as they don’t quite fit, and you can’t use them as separators because they don’t have any hook and loop. The trunk did not come with any instructions.We didn’t need the insulator pouch and, unfortunately, you can’t store the pouch inside the trunk due to it’s dimensions. So, we just had to toss the pouch into the back of the car somewhere.

NO INSTRUCTIONS AT ALL, and it’s definitely NOT straight-forward to “assemble”… There seem to be “dividers” that don’t stay in place on their own, or else they are “bottoms” to add strength. But combined with the (apparent) “covers” and strange velcro strips on the sides of the interior of the bag that don’t seem possible to serve ANY purpose, it definitely would have been VERY helpful if at least basic photo or drawings had been included instead of blindly trying to guess how to solve the puzzle! Also, the covers DO NOT FIT, especially with the “cooler” section. First of all, the cooler bag has a wire frame that is slightly bigger than the bag to make the covers impossible to close on both the front and back. Also, the cooler bag does not extend to the bottom, so it’s more like a hammock for whatever you put in there (where the center will hang much deeper than the sides). DEFINITELY NOT AS SMART OF A DESIGN AS PRESENTED! And there’s NO WAY you’ll fit even a six pack of anything inside that pouch! Finally, the end of the bag with a zippered pocket underneath also has ZERO rigidity to hold itself “expanded” or supported from the bottom (and you can’t add one of those “questionable bottoms/dividers” either because the zippered pocket underneath is barely bigger than your hand with fingers spread apart). Seriously flawed! Save your money!

I do like keeping the cargo space in our wagon organized, but this just takes up room. There were no instructions, and it would seem like a straightforward installation, but I can’t figure out how some of the dividers fit. The plastic bag for holding a small amount of ice and goods you want cooled doesn’t allow for putting the lid fully so while it’s helpful for getting fish home from the market, it’s not going to keep them cool for long, not in the back of a car.I can’t recommend.

This unit comes without assembly instruction but its pretty easy to figure out how to place the covered cardboard floor inserts. The insulated leak proof cooler bag is mearly a thin plastic, grey liner with no insulating properties whatsoever. Its an insert into the area that does not have velcro attached separators. The weird part, to me, was the 1/2 deep compartment on the left that used a covered cardboard floor insert – and then the compartment underneath that is accessible by the zippered flap door (Its hard to see in the picture but its the bottom left side): there isn’t a stability floor provided for this area and the existing panels can’t squeeze through the flap – so it does not have a firm bottom like the rest of the unit. The biggest disappointment was the pockets that surround all sides of the box. Not one of them has a gusset or any extra fabric for expansion to allow anything other than the thinest item to be inserted. On the plus side the two smaller comparments you can make with velcro inserts will accomodate a regular sized brown paper grocery bag or any of the regular size reusable grocery bags.
