Disappointed
First, the ergonomics is disappointing. You can only lift the earbuds up from the case with finger tips at a particular orientation. Wish the lid opened a bit more.
Second, I had issues with connectivity and charging from day 1. The left earpiece wouldnât charge along with the right one. I had trouble connecting it with my phone. This was after a software update and a factory reset.
Third, the ANC was so disappointing. I donât understand what it does..If there was a âclaimsâ to performance ratio, this one should score high. I can hear people talking and almost everything happening around in my office with ANC on. I tried changing the ear tips but that didnât help either. Itâs a mid range offering, so the business team might have left the good tech for the high end offering. Good for them, but Iâm happy to return it.
Verdict: Wish JBL did a rigorous testing before launching this product. The audio output was good, but the problems were too many. To the design team and testing team: please work harder!

Great sound quality and battery life. Do not handle wind noise well.
I was looking for compact, comfortable noise cancelling ear buds and that’s exactly what I got. After a year or so, they are still working great. Battery life is good and they recharge quickly from the case. They connect to two devices at once, as advertised, so switching back and forth is pretty easy. Connections are good and sound quality is excellent. They stay in my ears easily and are comfortable.
I have two issues:
1) They seem to often default to a pass-through sound mode when I am using them for conference calls, so I can hear external noise, and I am unable to switch them back to sound cancelling during a call. A few times, I have accidentally hung up a call while trying to switch modes.
2) They do not handle wind noise very well. Trying to have a conversation with someone while walking is challenging if there is any breeze at all. People on the other end state that the wind noise is excessive. This has been an issue with all other ear buds that do not have a separate mic., but the description suggested they had features to address this. They might be a bit better than the cheap buds they replaced, but not much.

Jbl Tune speakers faulty
The speakers have multiple problems and wonât be buying again as the rhs speaker wasnât charging reliably, plus they donât connect via blue tooth reliably and some times connect to phone automatically with speakers inside the case. Surly the manufacturer can test the product before sending out.
