Product sent to me with US power plugs. Useless in the U.K. Really disappointing for a premium product.Now having to go through the inconvenience of the return and being left with no monitor.

I was putting off getting this monitor but I’m so glad I did. Yes the price is expensive but it works. The quality of the screen is superior and battery life is awesome. The best monitor and love its non wifi!

We have purchased (2) DXR-8 PRO and couldn’t be more satisfied! Reliable camera, monitor provides clear picture, great sound, and works a strong distance away from the actual placement of the camera. Super easy to set up and use!Beyond that, we did have to contact customer support to assist us with a couple (minor) questions and each person has been friendly and beyond helpful. Specifically, Zeil who provided the upmost customer service and went beyond the required need to help us! In the rare chance anything comes up with your unit, I’m certain you’ll get immediate and resolved help!
