Not sized correct
I normally wear an XL underwear. I should have bought a 2-XL. But I do work as they said they will. Just sizing is the problem.I just open my third pair and it had a rip in the seem.I change from 2-stars to 5-stars.Customer service for Carer Health contacted me after they read my review. They corrected the problem and replaced the underwear. Customer was second to none. With this kind of customer service I will buy from them again. Thank you Carer Health.

Definitely size upâotherwise awesome
Echoing what others have said. Based on measurements I should be in a large, just like my everyday boxer briefs. It’s tight all over where my normal boxers are either just right or comfortably a little loose. I will keep these since I keep losing weight and will probably fit in them at some point as a result, but I am considering getting the next size up if these don’t break in. I do wish they were stretchier. I also wish these had a longer inseam. I’m used to 9″.As actual absorbent, leak resistant underwear these are otherwise great. I’m using these as period underwear and I love that the absorbent area has butt and leg coverage.

Excellent for Occasional Leaks
At 75, I experience occasional leakage if I have to pee and don’t get to the bathroom fast enough. It’s just a spurt, but sometimes it’s enough to show a small, wet circle on my pants. This underwear completely mitigates this problem! There is enough absorbent material to soak up small leaks without feeling bulky under a pair of pants. The seam in the back is thick enough to be felt by the wearer, but is not noticeable to an observer. Some have complained about this seam but all I can say is that, Yes, I do feel it, but No, it doesn’t bother me. As far as sizing goes, I agree with others here that you need to size up. I buy pants with 33/34 waist, and my underwear has always been a good fit at Medium, but I took the advice and ordered a Large, and they fit fine. Also, they are 100% Cotton and I do expect a little shrinkage. If the customer has a major incontinence problem, this product, which states “Moderate Absorbency” on the label, is probably not the one you want. But for occasional leakage, this is good product and is priced very reasonably in the 3-pack that I purchased.

Got these for my Dad. He had a medical procedure and cant move fast enough. We were trying the disposable shields but needed something more practical ao we decided to try these. I did a water test on them and they hold in liquids very well. I would recommend.
