Lovely little set….piece missing
Son built the train version of the set. Lovely, but there is a piece missing that makes the funnel. This piece is used on all 3 versions so they will all be slightly wrong.

Absolutely stunning models! My 10yo daughter began building this set as the train, she quickly lost interest. Bummer, but my 13yo son who is absolutely crazy for “building block sets” took over and built this kit perfectly! he absolutely Loved the inclusion of a light block to light the model train (but noted having to use a tool to turn it on and off was clumsy)! Overall he enjoyed this kit, but had some critical issues! First the instructions are fine, took him some time to get used to how HOGOKIDS went about the instructions. Next issue is, these are Mini- blocks! They are not standard building block size, they are far smaller! My son said it was difficult to build with them even with his smaller hands, an those with bigger hands may have a lot of trouble! Some of these blocks are teeny tiny! Final real issue is fragility. The parts all connect well but they are not tight. so once it is built, no playing with it, which is a shame. heck just setting the train up for photos, wheels and decorations just fell off! ack! It is a nice kit! the models are EXCELLENT and well thought out! but the above issues may be a deal breaker for you!

I have a son who is 6 yrs old now and so used to building Lego since he’s 3. As he began building, he immediately noticed that it was not Lego. He said that the instruction is so confusing, a few parts is not exactly the same like in the instructions. Many times he asked me if the part he is taking is the right one. What is the most annoying part in this toy is that, it is not holding. Not so stable like Lego. This one, the moment you put together, many times it fell apart! You can’t proceed to the next part because they kept falling. As an adult, it is difficult to help because the parts are too small for my fingers and i just ended up destroying the other parts that were built. You need a lot of patience which is not fun for kids. It took us a few days before we totally built it unlike Lego, it is a matter of minutes. Anyhow, it looks cute, the color and the light. It is really for Christmas.
