Impressive
First time trying this product ad I don’t care for mushrooms at all. Saw an ad for a similar product but opted for the less expensive one. Only been on it two days but my energy levels are awesome. I have been very tired after 9-10 am and have to take a nap for at least an hour then again in the afternoon. Not any more. I hope this continues to keep my levels up and my head clear. Was going to take my anxiety pill but this was so much better. I take it hot with coffee creamer. It taste better than I imagined. Going to start at the gym and this will be a big help. I am 74 years old and needed this.

So Far, So Good
Iâve only taken the matcha for 2 days but it did give steady energy through the day. My thoughts are also clearer and my memory is sharper. It had reduced cravings to the point where I could walk through the bakery aisles at the grocery store and not want anything. Iâve noticed inflammation has decreased and Iâve experienced less pain and water retention in these 2 days where I could walk up a steep hill with minimal discomfort. Iâll be interested to see the longer-term benefits. Product smells fine and did not come spoiled. Iâve had it with almond milk and just put it in a mason jar and shake vigorously to get it to dissolve. I could see it tasting good in a smoothie, so Iâll try that soon. I do wish there were ingredient amounts on the jar so that I could compare it to similar products/competitors but since itâs made in Canada, I feel a little better about that. Worth the cost.

Wouldnât recommend
What drew me to this was the price. I thought Iâd try it instead of Ryze because this was cheaper and seemed to have the same ingredients. However, the aftertaste of mushroom is pretty bad. At first, you taste the matcha which is great, but you really need to add something like milk and/or sugar to make it taste better. I wouldnât recommend this, but because itâs so small, Iâll finish it up. I just bought Clevr matcha, so Iâll see how these compare.

The first week so far and I like the Mushroom Matcha taste ( heard the Mushroom coffee not taste good ). It did give me more energy and feel good for the whole day. I am a small person, so if one teaspoon a day, the first day it kept me a wake till early morning. So 2nd day I cut it down and been good.

Not that great.
The powder is fine, mixes nicely and there isnât any issue with it dissolving. But the overall taste and quality is just like any other matcha tea Iâve had. There isnât a scoop to use so that makes it hard to measure. This is just a regular ole powdered matcha that isnât particularly special.
