Easy to set up
I love my new Fitbit. Reminds me to exercise and recording my heart rate, which I find interesting. Helpful when walking fast !! I have signed up for the premium account for 6 months so I can take advantage of the coach apps . Good value for money and I have changed the display several times till I now am happy with the look. Not sure about the ECG , it does say not to relie on it being a medical aid.Function Well and once loaded the app on my phone can see all sorts of things. Sleep patterns etcLots of different features that you can choose to leave on the app or remove. Battery life is long and only takes 2 hrs to go from 15% to 97%

Does what it says – but â¦.
Upgraded my beloved Charge 2 last year to a Lux and somehow felt slightly underwhelmed like something was missing. So I decided after a year to upgrade back to a Charge. Somehow Iâm still slightly disappointed. The screen is lovely – bright and responsive. Its a nice size on the wrist and feels comfy. It tracks what it should, though I have to continually force it to sync with the app.Battery life is great. But it doesnât feel like an upgrade from what my Charge 2 could track fitness wise.It doesnt track floors.I have now found it wants to be an apple watch and no longer quietly tracks my dog walking – it knows Iâve started but it cant auto stop? Unless I remember to say iâve finished otherwise it will track me forever more. What!?I tried an apple watch for a couple of months and the reason I didnt get one was the ridiculous size, the ridiculous price and the fact that for such an expensive bit of kit it should be able to automatically detect what Iâm doing and when Iâm doing it – instead of asking me if i want to track my walk. Because if I dont then it wont! Why is fitbit trying to be apple? This is my greatest gripe. I picked a fitbit because I wanted a fitbit. I dont need youtube or wallet – though a map might be useful.Iâve raved about my Charge 2 for years but now, since Google have taken over iâm just not that impressed anymore. If apple did a small watch now Iâd be more tempted to jump ship!Dont get me wrong – its a great bit of kit, especially if you are new to fitbit. If youâre not you may be disappointed.

Huge improvement on my old Charge 4
Excellent display, much brighter with larger fonts (therefore ideal for aging eyes to read without reading glasses) in broad daylight. It has all the features I loved on my defunct Charge 4, but with extra battery life and vastly better readability, I am truly delighted!!!

Great for tracking health and fitbess
Upgraded from my old Charge 2, had the same features but also more so Iâm very pleased with it.Only issue is Iâm not that keen on the clock display and I donât think you can change this but overall very satisfied.

Sadly not very accurate for capturing exercise
After a recommendation I was very keen to get my own but very disappointed when it was giving me false readings eg of having walked 2.54 miles when in fact I had only done 0.54 miles as bourne out by my iPhone which I also use a separate gps tracking app with. The strap also annoyingly started to ping off at the watch face at odd times making it useless to wear in case I lost it which given the main reason for the purchase was so that I could swim in it was frustrating. It felt comfortable to wear and looked lovely with easy features and I could download the app on my existing old iPhone IOS which was good. Sadly it got returned and reading others similar comments perhaps stick to the 5 charger or get a Garmin watch like I have now.

Quality look for all occasions
Bought watch for my missus’s on her bday, she really likes the look and it’s functions, so, result for me too.

Frustrating move from Fitbit Sense
Like – neat and comfortable. Nice display although a bit small.Dislike – compulsory move to Google account for everything. Connecting other apps (Strava / MyFitnessPal) failed. Went round in numerous circles âadding new deviceâ followed by youâve already migrated to Google but not allowing the other option.Did a walk as I used to with my old Fitbit Sense (original, not Sense 2 which apparently isnât as good) when I finished there was no automatic transfer of walk to Strava, no map of the walk on the Fitbit app. GPS seemed to have failed. I had it on dynamic so it should have used either / or built in GPS or phone connection. It did neither. It also doesnât count stairs climbed / altitude that the Sense doesSo I removed the device and returned for refund. Gone back to my old Fitbit Sense. When that eventually dies Iâll probably go Apple watch
