Best matcha!
This is some of the best matcha (especially for the price!)Itâs so smooth, pure, and consistent. I have energy without any type of crash. Itâs truly the best thing to have first thing in the morning.I am a mom to a very active toddler, while also working full time from home. This gives me energy and I also feel good knowing thereâs great benefits to drinking it!I personally mix it in with warm water, then pour warm oatmilk on top. Add honey or maple syrup, delicious!

Forgot to send a lid
I did not get a lid with mine which was a bit frustrating because it comes in a little bag but no way to keep it fresh without a lid so I had to find a jar for it.Otherwise, it seems to be a decent product so far. Taste pretty good. Still need to give it time to feel the health benefits. Didnât seem like it gave me a ton of energy but I was also very tired when I tried it. Worth another go for sure.

This matcha powder is tightly sealed and packaged to keep it extra fresh. The powder itself is very dense and high quality. In my experience with some matcha made intentionally for lattes, they would be overpowered by milk, have too much sweetener added and generally took more scoops of powder to create a matcha taste. That isn’t the case with the powder, two teaspoons is all you need for a pint glass if you’re doing an iced matcha with milk. You’ll need to sweeten the mix yourself but that’s easily done. This is a really good powder for any matcha lovers, my only reservation is how small it is but the powder goes further being a better quality and being able to use less per drink.

Iâm pretty picky â Iâve had a lot of bad matcha (gritty, brownish color, bitter taste) and as someone who hardly writes reviews, I need to announce that I have absolutely NO NOTES for this one. Bright green color, perfect texture, balanced flavor. Love the product experience, and packaging is fun too. Tens across the board.

Bitter and chalky
Iâve tried enough brands of matcha to develop a point of reference and this one is on the more unpleasant side. Even in lattes the bitter, chalky flavor comes through. But I guess someone else could have a taste for it.

I normally get a matcha kick every 1-3 years and buy whatever is on sale and pop it in the blender to begrudgingly quaff down my ill-thought putrid green mess of ingredients until I run out of powder a few days later.This time I opted for a higher grade brand after some googling and value comparisons. Iâm glad I did. I got the 100 g bag of this stuff and have been having it with condensed milk, a pinch of sea salt, honey, and a dash of evaporated milk alongside sesame oil dissolved in a cup of cold water. Whatever concoction it is Iâve been enjoying it and having 3-4 times a day. Itâs easy to blend, the taste is balanced, and I feel more lucid in thought without any jitters.I questioned the 37 dollar price tag. But after giving it some thought, an iced matcha drink is normally 5-8 dollars on average with no fancy substitutes or additives and whatever Iâve been making tastes better and doing the math yields probably 30 drinks whereas 37 dollars would yield 5-8 less gas and travel time⦠anyone on the fence I would recommend. Great quality. Great value.Just make sure to buy yourself a little bamboo frother if youâre a traditionalist or an electric handheld one if more modern⦠otherwise⦠I donât think you can go wrong. Really happy with purchased and about to buy another bag as we speak.
