The best fitbit – period!
Firstly let me say that I am a former fitbit charge hr, Fitbit charge 2, Fitbit blaze and fitbit ionic owner. I chose to get rid of my fitbit ionic in place of my fitbit versa and i can confirm that I made the right decision. My review will focus on the bare essentials of this device and my opinion of them.DesignThe design of the versa is beautiful. I opted for the lavender version which gave me a rose gold brush on the metal of the casing. The softened edges aid in the overall aesthetic of the watch, making it slightly resemble an apple watch. I’m using a 3rd party strap but I can say for the woven strap that comes with the special edition, it looks awesome – it’s not something I’d recommend for sports but if you’re after a stylish accessory to a smart-casual outfit or even just smart, this will fit the bill perfectly. There are almost an unlimited number of watch faces to chose from due to developers being allowed to create and share their own designs. As such, you’re not limited to a select few. I change my design up every now and then and I appreciate the number if designs on offer.PerformancePerformance is as expected for a premium fitbit device. It performs flawlessly under any circumstances. I’ve never seen the interface lag or freeze and there is a very satisfactory amount of fluidity for this device.BatteryTo charge this device, there is a proprietary charger which is arguably one of the easiest to use. On a full charge, I get about a week. I use this quite a lot for exercise so being able to get this kind of battery life is great. Charging takes around an hour from 0-100.HRHR is brilliant as always from a fitbit. Unlike the blaze and actually the ionic, where it sometimes got confused with my heart rate, the versa is great at identifying my heart rate and giving me real time knowledge. Sleep tracking is just as good as before, being able to distinguish awake, light, deep or REM stages of sleep.PriceThe price is high but for the price, you are getting a gread deal for the price. You have the most recent interface and software and a design that screams 2019. It’s performance is the best a fitbit has ever been and the battery life is enviable from other brands. I wholeheartedly recommend this fitbit for anyone and believe its worth the investment.

Superb!
I love my new fitbit versa. I was worried about buying one because of all the negative reviews, but I have been lucky so far and have had no problems with mine. I used to have a really cheap unbranded fitness tracker, and I thought that was good for tracking steps, workouts, sleep etc. But the versa is so much better. It automatically shows the time when you lift your arm to look (My old watch was meant to do that, but didnt) easy to use apps like the weather and exercise. My favourite thing is how it syncs up with the My Fitness Pal app on my phone. Before the summer I was using MFP to track my diet and calories, and my old fitness tracker for exercise and steps walked. I lost weight quickly enough, but I was always starving and miserable. So it’s not surprising that over the last few months I fell off the wagon and put on half a stone really quickly. I haven’t been able to find the motivation to get back on the wagon. So when I saw the fitbit on sale for black Friday I went for it. I am now back on wagon, and it’s so much easier because Versa syncs with MFP telling it how many calories I’ve burned throughout the day and it adjusts the calories on MFP accordingly. No wonder i was so hungry all those months ago! I was burning hundreds of extra calories each day and not realising! It’s great that Versa works it all out for you. I have now lost 3 pounds in a wk, and I have not felt ravenous at all. I went for a run for the first time last night and the data on the app was brilliant. A great motivator. The sleep app is so much more detailed as well and really encourages you to to get a gd nights sleep and meet your sleep goals. I also like that the watch vibrates 10 before the end of the hour telling how many more steps you have to go. And another nice touch is the challenges on the app, you can choose to walk a different trail each day, the Yosemite Trail in Nevada, and it shows you your location on the trail with beautiful picture, so again gives you more motivation to walk and keep active. It looks really nice on the wrist too. The only thing that doesn’t work properly is the function that tells you how many floors you’ve climbed, a really windy day affects that and it tells you you’ve climbed like 80 flights! But apparently it doesn’t affect your calories used, I think it’s just an extra info function so I just ignore it. Overall, compared to my old fitness tracker, the Versa is so much better. Better than I thought it would be. I got it on sale for £139 So it seems well worth the money. I would definitely recommend.

The only thing I don’t like is that I have to disconnect my car bluetooth and it gets all wonky. Aside from that, I LOVE this watch. It is waterproof, so pretty, and we have been through a lot and it works great

I’ve had it for about a month and it’s awesome. The battery life could be a bit better but it’s fine. The only complaints I have is that I wish the day of the week was displayed on the face of the default clock but I make due, and I wish I could sync/control my Amazon music through it the way I can with Spotify.

I just bought the Versa a couple weeks ago and love it! The fact that I can connect to my wireless beats without having to take my phone with me when i go running is one of the reasons i wanted to upgrade from my fitbit charge Blaze and the Versa looks better on my wrist. ð i love that it still has the same features as the Blaze plus more!
