Great product
Far easier to wear than a Fitbit style watch. I had to wear it on my right index finger (skinny fingers big knuckles lol)Had it a week or so apparently very good lots of info albeit a little fiddly working out the app usage.

A great entry level fitness tracker
I wanted to try one of these to track my sleep pattern. I have already a Garmin smart watch, which I’ve had for a few years now, so I was interested to see how the data compared and did not want to pay top dollar for one of the branded versions.What I like:Like most of these types of things, the ring is operated via an app. The app is easy to down load and the user interface is very simple and easy to use. Pairing or “binding” as they call it was done in the blink of an eye. Essentially you have 8 activities (steps, heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, stress level, sports acitivity, sleep and menstral cycle if applicable)to set up plus your profile. The app will also tell you your battery level, and it will locate your ring if you miss place it. The sleep tracking is providing interesting data and insight to my sleeping pattern, and way more comfortable than my watch to wear in bed. You don’t need to keep your phone on, as it stores the info in the ring and then uploads it to the app once your phone is on and has re- synced to the ring.Opportunity for improvement:The steps counter is way off compared to my Garmi watch. For example my watch says I have done 540 steps so far today (I do alot of walking at the weekends and over the years compared my Garmin data to my husbands brand and it’s comparable and accurate) and the ring says I have done 2475. That’s a 358% increase. I believe this could be improved by the manufacture putting in code so that during set up, there is a mode to calibrate the length of your step. Presently it’s calibrated on finger/hand movement I think, which is why it’s out.Sizing:I chose to wear this on my right hand index finger. I had a ring sizer but also checked using ribbon, as per the instructions and a ruler to get the measurement in millimeters. I was an “S” size or 59 – 61mm. The sizing was correct and my ring fits perfectly. Remember it needs to be a snug fit otherwise it won’t be able to collected the data.Charging:It comes with a neat little charging case for wireless charging, although the case will need to be recharged periodically. A cable is supplied for connecting the case to a power source. You will need to charge ring and case when you first get it – remember to remove the clear plastic pole cover before charging by taking the ring out of the case and peeling off. Mine stuck to my finger whilst trying the ring on. Charing was very quick. Less than 30 mins.Globally I think the ring offers great value for money for an entry level fitness tracker and worth taking the plunge.

Love it fits perfectly does everything I need from heart rate to sleep pattern and tracks my steps only thing Iâd say case is a little fragile so be careful but over all good product

App does NOT integrate with Google Fit / Health Connect
Having spent an hour googling and trying all options, the device does not offer integration with google fit, so while it does have an Android app, you can’t centralize your data across apps.Set up was easy enough and I had it running in a couple of minutes from opening. How accurate it is I don’t know, as I only just put it on, but as a product, its not going to do what most people expect it to do, and definitely doesn’t do what is claimed on their website – no google fit integration.
