I am left with very clean feeling teeth afterwards.
I was pleased to try this ‘Face London Teeth Whitening Activated Charcoal Powder 60g with Zero Sensitivity & Enamel Friendly for Teeth Stain Removal, Polish Teeth | Teeth Whitening Powder | Teeth Whitener’.You get 60 grams of the tooth powder in a plastic tub with a twist off lid. Under the lid is a security seal, that you remove. The tub is presented in a shiny card outer, that has details and instructions printed. I think the container itself, is rather too large because the powder only reaches half way up, inside.All the ingredients seem to be nice and natural and apparently totally safe for the enamel on your teeth. The idea is to take a pinch and empty into your hand, to pick up with your wettened toothbrush and brush for one to two minutes, twice a day. The black powder seems to stain my fingers and is rather hard to remove, so I have been taking a little out on a small spoon and using it from there instead. I can’t say there is much of a taste to the powder, which is good. You definitely have to rinse very well to get rid of any black deposits, although I am left with very clean feeling teeth afterwards. I think I will have to wait for a while longer to distinguish a change in whiteness, although I have high hopes.The current price of £9.99 is a little expensive for 60 grams, in my opinion. It is a natural, teeth whitener though.

Not full to the brim.
Will help to remove stains from teeth over months of use, when combined with either a decent toothpaste, or prophylaxis paste. It did feel like it cleaned my mouth inside, but didn’t whiten my teeth as others I have tried can give better faster results. This one is better combined with something else to gain the better effects of stain removal on teeth. It’s not bad but didn’t taste of anything.I believe the product weighs 60g inside the tub which total tub weighs almost 100g with the tub included, I used a really small amount, then weight the whole thing on the kitchen scale, it came to 93g total. I was expecting the contents to be full to the brim however, so I took 2 stars off for that, and it’s poor stain remover, with no minty taste or any other attributes that others of the same type have given me sorry.The good thing is using it on it’s own with a wet tooth brush is easy, and was decent enough. Just dip the tooth brush in the tub, get a little charcoal on the brush, then brush for 1-2 minutes, my mouth did feel and taste clean, just didn’t taste of anything, and had some black residue saliva for a while thereafter, but then again this is normal for activated charcoal.

Yes, itâs messy to use (expect this to be on you, your sink, hands and anything else you happen to accidentally splash it onto), and yes it does leave a gritty/sandy residue in your mouth, but this is normal as the product itself is an abrasive, therefore itâs this grittiness that (helps to) clean(s) your teeth⦠I simply just use ânormalâ toothpaste after using this, and that clears up any grittiness in my mouth.All in all, really happy with these. Very happy with it and I am noticing results already even after only a week of using this product, so Iâm super happy with this so far.

Ouch!
I have sensitive teeth so was happy for find a whitener that accommodates to this problem. Having very high hopes I rushed into trying it. No taste at all which I liked but didn’t notice any change is colour of my teeth. Then the pain started and it didn’t subside for a few days. They made my teeth even more sensitive. Didn’t think that was even possible. Extremely uncomfortable. I thought it was just me so my friend came to try it. Now she doesn’t have sensitive teeth but certainly did after using this. On this basis I can’t recommend this product.

Very messy to use
This charcoal tooth whitening powder is very messy to use indeed. It gets everywhere no matter how careful I am. My white bathroom is looking very messy as a result. In terms of the effectiveness of the product I would say it is minimal. For me that is not enough to justify the mess it causes in my bathroom.
