Andrew Traill –
Unfortunately this was needed and performed prefectly.
Our daughter was in hospital for the first part of her life so we were made very aware of the risk of burns to children which was one of the reasons I wanted a full kit. Also with the current situation in the UK I absolutely wanted to provide cover in case of delays. She managed to get hold of my wifes cup of tea in a travel mug in an instant and tip it on herself. Between the 30 min wait to get through on the phone (basically we just confirmed what we had done in the end, the first 20 mins of a burn is key, so… 0 points NHS) and the 2hrs waiting in A&E the only care she got was from us for a fairly large and serious burn… basically unacceptable. This kit has two medical burn dressings and gel and two cool packs, without it I’m certain she’d have been scarred for life. That’s just a few parts of a big kit. When she finally was seen she was acting like nothing had happened the A&E Drs were very impressed with the dressing and it really, really did its job. It’s healing but taking time, without this kit could have been totally different.Total no brainer everyone in the UK needs these now. Not the little toy kits proper ones like these.

It seems to have everything necessary for essential first aid.
It is obvious what it is; it is well stocked and well packed. A first aid kit worth having for its usefulness not just for show or to comply — just — with the law.

Deceiving photos
First aid kit arrived with everything stated, however wasnât expecting kit to arrive in a box smaller than a shoe box.Size aside and the deceiving photos.I hope I donât have to use it.

Not great…
First thing to note is the bag says Safety Equipment, not first aid, not great. Second, the bags zips are very fragile, and pop at the least pressure. I’ve kept the contents, as these seem OK and put them in a cheaper more practical bag and binned the one supplied

Meh
Just wish there was more kit for the money as the rucksack is a very basic rucksack with a single hivis strip and none reflective firstaid sign
