I’ve been using this robot vacuum every night, and it has completely changed the game for keeping my floors clean, especially with two Siberian huskies in the house. Here’s why I am giving it a solid five-star rating: 1. Scheduled Cleaning Magic: Like clockwork, it runs from 11 PM to 12:30 AM, meticulously cleaning my 800 sq ft space, which consists mostly of LVP flooring with several rug runners. The timing is perfect as it does its job while we’re off to bed, and we wake up to a neat home every morning. 2. Smart Mopping System: I love how it cleans the mop automatically between rooms and smartly leaves the bathroom for last to ensure cleanliness throughout. It’s impressive to see how it manages to keep the mop fresh and the clean water lasts about three days without needing a refill. 3. Unparalleled Cleanliness: The floors have never felt so clean and fresh. Before this robot, I hadn’t realized just how much I was missing on regular cleaning. It picks up so much hair and dirt; it’s almost embarrassing to think of the pre-robot days! 4. The automatic bin-emptying is very useful and gives me a chance to keep things under better control. 5. Very quick and easy for the robot to 3D map of my house. and sensors are so good that it hasn’t gotten stuck any where or tumbled down any stairs. Normally I have to vacuum every night before bed, but with Eureka J20 I saved 30 minutes of my life every night. I was real worried when I purchased this vacuum, as I am still working on part of my flooring. Some locations have gaps. As my video show that this vacuum can climb nearly an inch hight. The battery durability is high, one charge can clean my 1200sqft house. The station size is bigger than I saw, but considering it is all in one station it isnât bad. Best thing is after connecting to WiFi I can control it by using Alexa. The robot is very smart it knows where the carpet, no go zone are. If there are charger on the floor. Once it mapped your house it will go any where you point it to. I also love how the mop rotates and cleans, not just dragging a wet cloth around like other robots. After mopping, it cleans and drys the mop. Which drying is very crucial because they lemonades a lot of bacteria and stinky smells. Eureka J20 is very efficient, it cleans one room in about 10-15 minutes depending on the room size. It is also very quiet I can run it at night and still sleep well. Over all this product saved me a lot of time, which I now use to spend with my family.

This product is great for my house with both carpet and wood floor, the AI smart mode is so easy to use, it knows when to vacuum and when to mop based on the cleaning frequency and type of flooring.I have two cats and the robot pick up the hair with no problem, it even has a function to cut the hair at the end of the cleaning cycle.It is much better than the prior robots Iâve used also because of the additional lighting it has, no matter how dark the room is in the night it gets the job done. It cleans the mop before during and at the end of the cleaning automatically, so I can just leave it to clean before I go to bed and next day in the morning I have the room with no dust at all.I also like that it has a good navigation system and maps my house correctly, and identifies the couch and other furniture. It also has an It also has a status bar to show the progress of the cleaning cycle.Although I wish it comes with more replacement dust bags, but the current one seems pretty durable. I will have to purchase more bags in the next couple weeks because I used it every day and it is the best thing Iâve purchased this holiday season.

Love this thing! I’ve only used it a couple times but I’m very happy with this purchase, I’ve used a couple different brands of robots and have not been very happy with the results. Unlike other robots, this one empties and cleans automatically, works well! And it’s quieter, suction and mopping all in one, at first I was a little unfamiliar with the software operation, after a few operations, I am more and more satisfied with this robot. We have three floors in our house, but you can save multiple maps so it knows which floor it’s cleaning. The app is easy to use and understand and I love being able to see what it has cleaned and where it is stuck, charging does take a long time but worth it! Excellent mopping ability leaves floors spotless. Mapping is very accurate. App is easy to use and the vacuum could do better; I noticed some debris not being picked up properly; some hair tangled in the brush roll. The noise level is very low. Overall, this is a great product for someone who has a lot of hard floors in their home, and it is much smarter than I could ever ask for in a vacuum/mop! I would definitely recommend this product to my family and friends!

I purchased this on Black Friday on sale. I believe it was 29 November. The unit arrived on December 10. and I love the vacuum up until it quit on Jan 26th. It kept saying the wheel couldnât move. I called Eureka on 27 January. They informed me they would not fix it. Please keep in mind. I even purchased a two year extended warranty through Amazon, but that doesnât matter. They said to call Amazon and Amazon would replace it. When I called Amazon they refused to replace and said they would only offer a refund. Knowing that I could not turn around with just the refund and purchase a new one because the price higher. So I have mailed the unit back to Amazon they have received it and it shows it as of this morning February 3 but theyâre saying they will not offer refund until February 11th. Please be aware to read both good and bad reviews. I wished I had read some of the bad ones and that wouldâve saved me a lot of money because right now Iâm out the vacuum plus the money at this point. I am beyond floored that accompany as big as Eureka would not even offer to help when I first called them. I would truly hate to see someone else have to go through what Iâm having to go through.Update now Amazon is saying I have to wait till March 2nd for refund. I am just at a loss about this whole situation.
