High quality just a very small amount!
This is ceremonial quality matcha, which is very high quality and tasty. It’s a little sweet, and very refreshing. Easy to use for good lattes at home too, even if you haven’t made matcha before. I just wish the package was bigger, it’s a pretty small bag. And you won’t get as many servings from it as it says.

Nice! I am no matcha expert so I can’t claim to know what’s bad or ceremonial grade, unfortunately, but I have no complaints about this! It’s pleasant, not weirdly grassy or overly bitter. Not too grainy at the bottom, blends as expected, etc!

Most of the matcha you see on Amazon is culinary grade, grassy-tasting and only suitable for things like cheesecake and other baked goods, in which sweetness and other flavors mask the poor quality.This, however, is some really great ceremonial grade matcha, fantastic on its own or in things like lattes. If you like the style of instant coffee lattes in which you basically make the coffee into a foam before incorporating it into the milk, you’ll likely appreciate this. The latte I made in the pictures is half a teaspoon of the matcha and 1/8 tsp monk fruit powder, dissolved and frothed into a couple ounces of cold water and poured over ice and almond milk.
