Perfect Introduction to Yerba Mate!

Nothing overwhelming at all.I love the energy boost it gives me – much smoother than coffee, with no afternoon crash. I was also pleasantly surprised that it didn’t upset my stomach like coffee sometimes does. The tea bags are super easy to use (just like regular tea), and I steep them for about 4-5 minutes.If you’re curious about yerba mate but intimidated by the traditional preparation methods or strong flavors, this is definitely the way to go. I’m officially a convert and will be reordering!
