Dispense 1 pump onto fingers and apply to a clean dry face. You can mist with a toner beforehand but allow it to soak in to avoid diluting your retinol. Apply with light stokes to face and neck, avoiding the inner eye orbit and lips. New to retinol? Apply 2 nights a week for the first 2 weeks. Build to alternate nights for another 2 weeks before using nightly. Using Retinol already? Go straight to nightly use. Allow the retinol serum to soak in for a minute before applying your moisturiser.

The best moisturiser in the world
I received a mini sample of this along with another purchase direct from Dermalogica. The original item didn’t suit me at all and Dermalogica accepted the cream back for a refund which I thought was amazing of them. Anyway, I fell in love with this little sample and came here to buy the full size item. Can’t imagine using any other cream now.

The SPF really works
I bought the Dermalogica Dynamic Skin Recovery SPF50 Moisturiser 50ml and it promised to hydrate and combat skin aging. It definitely did hydrate my skin well and I was happy with that, but I’ve got to say I’m on the fence about its anti aging properties. I guess it’s hard to know how old I would have looked without using it.
I’ve found that I don’t need to use a lot, which is handy because 50ml isn’t that much really. I would say I use it sparingly but still feel like my face has had a nice drink. Something that is also really good is the SPF. I never know how much you can trust SPF contained in moisturisers, but I went on holiday to Spain and it was a sunny 30 degrees every day and the SPF worked a treat. Maybe too well actually as I came back almost as pale looking as I went out there.
I have particularly sensitive skin and break out in spots at any opportunity but I find this product really good for my skin. It doesn’t cause a break out for me, and has ingredients designed for sensitive skin. I really do rate this moisturiser and will be buying more in the future. If I can save up enough money, I might even splash the cash on the larger size bottle, what a day that will be.

Great moisturiser for the older skin
I have used this product for years as itâs a really great moisturiser for the older skin. You only need a little as it goes a long way.
It keeps skin thoroughly moisturised and has a SP fac 50 too.
My only gripe is it seems to have shot up in price like most things. It would be nice to see this sometimes on offer as at £75 itâs not cheap.

Best face moisturiser for me with lots of sun protection
I have oily skin and have tried multiple face creams from the cheapest, to the most expensive. This one seems to work for me. You don’t need a lot, so although you pay more than your usual brands, it lasts for at least 6 months. It have 50 sun protection, you can’t get any better. As we know, the sunlight is the one aging our skin the most, so having that protection is really important for me. Does not feel oily on my skin, absorbs fast and smells nice.

I normally always buy this facial cream but the consistency of this cream this time does not match what I normally receive. I tired to return it but sadly the seller or amerzon will not accept return. Sadly I am left with a cream that I feel is not my normal cream. Therefore I will not be buying this cream again from amerzon with this seller ð©

Great when travelling
I have a separate night cream, day cream, serum, and spf in my home routine. I usually purchase this item when I am going on a trip because it is small (only 50ml), uses a pump (less likely to spill), thin profile (easy to pack or carry), and can be used for all three purposes when you don’t want to risk (or can’t fit) your usual routine in one of those stupid plastic baggies. The spf quality is really good, the cream is not too heavy for the day, and still protects and repairs your skin at night. Doesn’t ‘melt’ when you sweat (taking your makeup down with it!).
In a pinch I could just use this cream instead of all my other skin products, but I generally prefer not to wear spf at night while I sleep.
Note: you can’t really use this on the eye area (your eyes won’t fall off but it is a little burn-ey) so also bring eye spf.
