Very sharp
I purchased this set to clean a couple places that always have tartar in the morning, regardless of flossing and brushing at night.After my wife started to use the previous set (different brand) for the dog, I had to get my own. The pointy end is very sharp and useful. The blunt end is too wide. The mirror looks good quality. Of course, it’s only useful with due care. No idea on longevity yet but they look as good as new after a few weeks.

Après avoir dû faire un détartrage et extraction de dents chez le vétérinaire à notre chat vieillissant qui faisait une gingivite, j’ai décidé de nettoyer les plaques de tartre de nos chiens car même avec la brosse à dent, cornes de cerf, bois d’olivier etc, elles s’installent (certes moins rapidement) progressivement.Ces outils sont très pratiques car bien conçus, les mêmes que chez le dentiste. Il faut néanmoins les manier avec précaution si vous ne voulez pas blesser les gencives de vos animaux car ils sont bien affûtés. J’ai passé 1h30 sur notre chien le plus âgé (11 ans) et ai retiré pas mal de saletés. Très efficace. S’armer de patience et avoir un chien coopératif est indispensable.Après avoir laver et sécher correctement ces outils de détartrage, aucun point de rouille à signaler. Ils sont bien poinçonnés “inox”.J’espère que mon avis vous sera utile.
