Awesome Little Drone for Kids and Beginners!
I got this drone as a gift for my nephew, and he absolutely loves it! Itâs super easy to use, even for beginners. The one-key start and altitude hold make flying smooth, and the controls are very responsive. The camera quality is surprisingly good for a mini drone, and the gesture selfie feature is a fun touch!I also appreciate that it comes with two batteries, so the fun doesnât have to stop too soon. The 3D flips are a huge hit, and the voice control feature adds an extra layer of excitement. Very easy to use
I think this was a great purchase. It flew easily for my brother (17 year old). He seemed like a pro after the first fly, which was in the house. He took it outside in the back yard, the next day and flew it through the trees so far that he could not see it. Good bye drone. It was easy to connect the camera to the phone through the app. He was irresponsible in flying it but it was great for the seconds he used it.

Great price, but mediocre drone (Read bottom)
This is a very good drone for beginners like me. I received mine in a padded box with extra parts, 2 batteries, the controller, and an instruction/safety booklet. I expected the camera quality to be terrible but the camera is actually not bad considering how tiny and cheap the drone is. When my drone first took off, it started drifting but I easily fixed it with the trim feature. I unfortunately crashed it a few times and at one point I thought it was done for⦠however, it survived with only a few scratches on the propellers and automatically stopped most of the time. The size of the drone is smaller than I expected when ordering it, but I ended up loving it! The only thing that frustrated me is how it takes a while to get the hang of the controls if you’re a starter (like me).NOTE: the pre-charged batteries weren’t completely charged and were making the drone act weird and a little hard to control. I’m now about to charge the battery and I’ll update this review below after flying it some more!——– Review after flight ——–Pros:- Much better camera than I expected- Survives crashes and automatically stops- Trim feature & Altitude Hold- Features that you never find in mini drones- Responsive app and good connection- Good range and does not lose signal- FAST Customer Support & extra warranty- Can be used for beginners and professionals!- Fast charging battery- App has neat features and works well- Good flying time when you aren’t using headless mode or the app, but if you’re a beginner you should use headless- 1,000 more pros if I had unlimited time to type this review…Cons:- Battery can be a fire hazard. Read manual!- Can sometimes be hard to control- Not very great quality considering the raised priceEDIT:I plugged my DeeRC 2.7V battery into a working cord using a 5V outlet adapter that is working. I went outside for about 45 minutes and when I came back in the end of the cord and charging portion of the battery were COMPLETELY melted. I’m just glad that a fire wasn’t started. NOTE: That was the first time charging the battery and this happened on the SAME DAY that I received the drone.I will update this review if DeeRC responds to me. It honestly may have been ME that caused this because I didn’t use the special cord.UPDATE: Customer Support responded within only hours of sending the complaint! They sent me a new drone for free and this time I followed the instructions very closely. I recommend ONLY USING their special charging cord and reading the manual before flying.The quality is still cheap though and the price went up. I said in pros that the app was cool but Iâve had no luck using any of the cool features. Just think twice before you buy this!

Perfect starter drone!!
I chose to purchase this DeerC drone because it had great reviews and seemed like a good way to learn and understand the basics of controlling a drone while being budget friendly and durable enough to withstand the initial mistakes I was pretty sure I would make.Itâs pretty small and not intended to be flown in heavy wind conditions but it can be flown outside when the weather is nice. More importantly, it can be flown indoors, which would allow me to practice without losing it on my first flight!It has many of the features a full size drone has, just in a much smaller scale. The camera mounted on it can be manually adjusted to view whats in front of the drone while in flight or can be aimed down to view whatâs directly below it. It comes with a handheld remote control that can be used by itself and also has a clamp to hold your smartphone which can be synced with the droneâs flight controls and itâs camera so you can have a live feed sent you smartphone via a wifi signal between the drone and your phone. The app is available for free for both IOS and Android. This way you can choose to control the drone with your phone or with the remote. You can also just control the drone with the remote and have the phone clamped to it and synced to the camera and take photos and videos during the flight which can be saved directly to your phoneâs camera roll.So far the weather hasnât been ideal for a newbie like myself to feel comfortable taking it outside to fly so I have been putting some practice inside the house just to get the hang of the different methods of control and learning to maneuver the drone in tight spaces which can be useful as well.So far Iâve learned the basics when it comes to syncing your phone to it and recording flights with the built in camera. Iâve gotten the hang of lifting off, adjusting the trim, controlling altitude, as well as maneuvering forward, backwards, left, and right, and safely landing the drone. I even had some fun with the different types of 360° flips this little drone can pull off! It really is a lot of fun. And based on the mistakes I made in the process of learning, I have to give it credit for its durability! It comes with an extra set of propellers but due to the propeller guards I havenât broken any yet!The video I posted along with this review is one of my earlier flights, adjusting the trim, testing the controls out and doing a couple flips before landing.For anybody interested in a small but durable drone, I strongly recommend this product. As long as you follow the instructions and take it slow you can easily learn to fly this drone, capture videos and photos, do fun tricks, and land safely.When you have nice days that arenât windy you will already know how to control it and have the confidence to take it out on an outdoor flight. Iâm sure you can capture some interesting photos and videos or even use it for things like examining the rooftop of your house or other hard to reach areas. Friends can film each other skating and capture really cool videos.For what it is I give it 5 stars and think itâs the perfect starter drone for those who are interested in the hobby and what to gain some experience without it costing an arm and a leg!

Was soll ich sagen. Die Drohne ist super verarbeitet und bietet eine praktische Tasche mit allem Zubehör. Es sind 2 Akkus dabei welche je c.a 15 min halten. Mein Sohn und ich haben das erste Mal eine Drohne geflogen und entsprechend sieht es aus. Notlandungen hat sie super weggesteckt.+ 2 Akkus+ gute Verarbeitung+ bisher gutes Flugverhalten (im Wind isses schwerer)+ super Zubehör Tasche- Die Kamera ist zwar FHD aber auch nur auf recht keine Entfernung.Nimmt man Preis Leistung kriegt man hier für kleines Geld eine ordentliche Drohne. Für Videos / Fotos schwer zu gebrauchen im Zeitalter der Handys. Qualität leider nur “ok”.

My 12-year-old got this, and he loves it. Very easy for kids to learn how to use, charges well and flys great. It is an entry-level drone, so it doesn’t cope with very strong winds, and the pictures it takes are a little grainy, but honestly, for the price, it’s a fantastic starter drone for kids to experiment with when learning.

Ich habe mich hauptsächlich für diese Drohne entschieden weil die Kamera über die Fernbedienung schwenkbar ist. Bei den meisten anderen Drohnen in dieser Preisklasse lässt sich die Kamera nur manuell vor dem Flug ausrichten.Die Drohne selber macht einen stabilen Eindruck und steckt die ein oder andere Bruchlandung gut weg. Die Steuerung und Flugeigenschaft sind bei einigermaÃen Windstille voll okay. Die Bilder sind jetzt nicht gestochen scharf, reichen aber für ein paar Landschaftsaufnahmen allemal aus.Ich habe mir das Teil hauptsächlich geholt um damit im Garten zu spielen und ein paar Schnappschüsse zu machen. Dafür ist sie mehr als ausreichend…
